Summary:
Prince Street Inn is nestled in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, a historic district along the Potomac River marked by cobblestone streets and red brick sidewalks. Located on the quiet side of bustling King Street, stroll through endless indie shops, foodie spots, and open-air eateries by the river.

The Space:
Located on the second floor and delighted with everything you need for a relaxing stay for four, the King Suite is appointed with one bedroom, a queen-sized bed and large desk. The living space is furnished with a large sofa bed. Watch cable or login to your favorite streaming service on the 40" flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with cooking basics, a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner electric cooktop, and Nespresso coffee maker. Hair dryer and handheld steamer included in each suite and laundry facilities in the building are available to all guests.

Parking:
Street Parking is either free with 2 or 3-hr limits or metered payable by street kiosk or the ParkMobile app (Zone 44515). Check sign for time restrictions. All street parking is free overnight starting at 9pm, all day Sunday and state holidays. Parking directly in front of the Inn is metered, free from 9pm to 8am.

Two garages are within one block from the Inn:
- Courthouse Square Garage, 111 S Pitt St, $2.50/hr ($10 daily max, $5 evening/weekend max)
- The Alexandrian, 104 S Pitt St, $16 flat rate, overnight parking available (add'l cost may apply)

Excellent Location, Perfect Size for Two People

We stayed in the Old Town suite and it was just perfect for my partner and I. The location is central to everything you could want in Old Town and parking wasn't a problem.

Beautifully clean, maintained and modern. Right in the heart of Old Town! Exactly as the pictures show. The whole place is updated. Location cannot be beat! Check in easy. Host was responsive. Loved it!!

Neighborhood is quaint, walkable & full of food & shoppes. 15 min walk to WMMTA. Quiet space - simple but price point appropriate. Very bright w/windows. Safe entrance options :)

Priced Right

Location is good, overnight parking is iffy, but finable. I've stayed in two suites and found that they are a bit worn down - particularly the bathrooms with crumbly floors and partially functioning equipment. Nothing major. Finally, there was no communication except for the check in and check out processes.

Great location

The suite is in the midst of the historic center of town - near shops, restaurants, and the harbor. There is nothing fancy about the suite, but it was very clean and the codes are easy to use. However, communication with the "host" for which there is an extra charge, is basically nonexistent. We had to call to get the codes for the doors, and then there was no response to my text to her about the fact that three of the lights in the bedroom did not work.

Almost perfect

The location is fantastic and the room had clearly been remodeled recently. It was properly appointed and we really loved being able to walk out the door and be close to all the shops and restaurants. Natasha was also incredibly responsive to any concerns we had while we were there. The reasons for the "almost" are: 1. the bed was hard as a rock 2. there clearly is very little or no insulation between floors (the people staying above us enjoyed stomping around vigorously from about 7am until after 1:30am) 3. the listing said "King Suite" but my reservation was actually for the "Old Towne Suite" 4. I did not have any information on how to check in until I was standing outside the building Overall, I would stay there again, but I would pack some ear plugs for sure.
