Experience the most beautiful beaches just steps away from your newly remodeled mid-century modern beach condo. The kids (big ones too) will enjoy the Arcade1up PAC-Mania and 70" Flat Screen TV. Our fun condo sleeps 6 comfortably with a King in the master bedroom and two queens in the second bedroom. All beds have brand new 5 star Zinus 12" mattresses, so you'll sleep like a baby:) We wash the duvet covers after each guest just like the Ritz Carlton :)The kitchen and bathrooms are also completely updated with new granite and new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. You'll find the kitchen is fully stocked and ready support all your cooking needs. After an enjoyable day on the beach, just dip in the community pool for some more fun in the sun. Our property is only 14 steps from the ground level and has its own parking spot under our home (sorry, no elevator).

Family Fun

Such a great condo! Love staying on Villas on the Gulf. This is the nicest one we’ve stayed in so far! The arcade style game in the kids room was an added bonus! We didn’t know they had one. My son was thrilled!

Perfect beach vacation!

We had a great time at Pensacola Beach! The location was great as it's away from the busy part of the island so it was exactly what we were looking for, quiet! Such a cozy place with everything that you need! Full kitchen, washer / dryer, good AC and a dehumidifier which made a huge difference! The Host was prompt and attentive to communication, five stars and two thumbs up!!

Short getaway

Quick getaway

We booked this place last minute and could not have been more pleased. The location was great and we loved the pond on the property. Had fun feeding the ducks and turtles. The path to the beach was nice and easily accessible. The condo had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. The owner did a great job with the decor. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place and location!!

This property was better than described! From the location, amenities, and ease of the booking/check-out process, this by far exceeded our expectations! It’s right off the main road, private yet a quick walk to the beach. This was our first family beach vacation, but we will be back and would love to book at this location again. Thank you, Brett!

Amazing location and great communication from the owner!

Very fun location with the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. The owner provided great instructions and was very responsive. We had an awesome time celebrating my brother's 21st here!

Wonderful condo!

One of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in! Super clean, and the owner was great with communicating….which made us feel so welcome! Great location, only 1 flight of stairs to walk up, covered parking, all the amenities of home, SUPER CLEAN, updated! So many great things about this condo!

Comfortable, adorable, beach vibe condo

Loved the location of this place and how close the walk was to the beach. The convient pool access was also a nice alternative option. The area felt very safe and everyone was so friendly. Covered parking was a bonus as well as access to beach chairs and an umbrella. Smart TVs located in all the rooms made it very comfortable with all my family. The arcade game was a nice addition, but unfortunately it did not work. Overall we loved staying here and would definitely consider booking here again when we return to the area.

Convenient

Th property was as described. Nice decor and very convenient that the parking was under the building as well as walking distance to the beach. Everything needed was at the property as well as beach chairs and umbrella. The code to get in the property did change before we got there so that was a small mishap getting in but host was quick to respond in helping me clear that up. And just a heads up for anyone wanting to have WiFi it did not work most of the time. When it did work it would cut out very few minutes so that was upsetting. As well as the right arrow key on the remote in the living room so it made it difficult to go to any apps to even use the tv. But overall we were satisfied with the property itself and the host.

Mid Century done right!

We opted to stay at this condo for the combination of proximity to beach, amenities (it has a video game which the kids loved!), and value. When we arrived, the unit was clean and ready for our visit, and had a number of additional items that we would normally have forgotten, or needed to get ourselves, such as a handful of Keurig pods already stocked, laundry detergent and dishwashing items. The kitchen was well stocked, and the plates and cups had the hand-feel of painted ceramic and glass, yet were forgiving materials designed to allow renters and kids not to have to worry about the odd accidentally dropped plate breaking on the tile floor. The interior was welcoming and mature enough for both kids and adults, and even had my spouse and I asking "what color is this wall... We need to work this in at our house." The beach is a short walk away, which also takes you past the duck and turtle pond, the pool and then over the community boardwalk to the beach. Restaurants are a 5 minute drive down to Flounders (massive key lime pie there), RedFish BlueFish, and some of the other more touristy dining opportunities. All this said, we will be back again soon.

Family visit

When we arrived, there was water on the floor in front of the freezer & going under the fridge. We overlooked that and cleaned it up. But then we continued to discover more things unacceptable for what it cost to stay at this condo. Both the refrigerator and freezer were dirty inside, food gunk & leftover ice chips in all the departments from past guest and the ice maker was broken. We chose this stay because we thought the arcade was a cool amenity in the spare room, however it never worked. The floors forced us to need to wear socks because they were so dirty, it was turning our feet black walking barefoot. The worst of our stay was that we bought a lot of groceries to cook instead of eating out but we quickly learned that we weren’t able to use the kitchen. When we turned on the oven and began cooking, we got smoked out. It was so bad that it even made my 5 month old grandson’s eyes red and water. The inside of the oven had something spilled on the inside that didn’t get cleaned. The pictures made the condo seem immaculate, but we didn’t get that feel at all even with the linens. We are pretty upset because we could have paid a little more for a house we considered, but chose this unit based off pictures and location. Overall, disappointed with our choice.

Nice area but condo needs some work

We walked into an 87 degree condo at 5pm. Not sure if the previous renter left it this way or the air is handled online by the landlord. This is a small unit. It took until after midnight for it to be bearable. Landlord was notified, said a/c technician would be out. I was told the tech was en-route but I honestly dont think anyone ever showed. Went to walmart to buy 3 fans to help with the heat. Daily, the a/c struggled to stay below 80. The freezer was full of water, I assume from the previous tenant leaving it open but it wasnt open when we arrived. Bought ice packs to try to keep it cool. It eventually froze 2 days in. Cooktop had bad crack across the top. The keurig didnt work. Needed to be descaled. Were told to use the french press but bought keurig pods at the store. So I went back to the store to get the de-scaler to get that working. I chose this place mainly due to the reviews. All I read about was the cleanliness which was fair. My wife spent a while cleaning when we got there while I was running around buying stuff to make this place more like the reviews made it sound. The complex was decent but needs some updates for sure. Pool is small, very warm and has lots of cracks and holes in the tiles. Short walk to the beach. 3 miles east of the busy part of the island. I like the covered parking. Neighbor smoking you know what daily and noisy. The communication back from the landlord was quick but it just seemed condescending overall, no apologies ever given. Oh well.

Amazing experience

The place is exactly how it is in the pictures. Very clean! Fresh towels, bedsheets and lots of coffee. 5 minutes walk to the beach. We really had a great experience. We had good communication with the owner and did not have any issues with checkin and check out. Lots of near by activities and restaurants. Would highly recommend this place!!!!
