The Space:

Don't want to be too high…unit 107 is perfect. Unit overlooks the pool and with a direct eye-level view of the Gulf of Mexico, what else could you ask for. Sit out on the large balcony and be close enough to keep an eye on your family at the pool while feeling the ocean breeze. Emerald Isle is in a great location on Pensacola Beach. You can walk to shops and restaurants yet you tucked away from the main road so you can have your privacy too. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a king in the master and two twins in the extra bedroom. If you need extra sleeping, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the den. You'll find three TV's and three DVD players for extra enjoyment when the lights go down. With two pools, on-site fitness facility and sauna along with a community hot tub. You'll have everything you need here so go ahead and make plans to come back again and again.



Things to know

**PLEASE NOTE**

​Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks.



Work Schedule and Site Activity

• Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour​ shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m.

• Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation.



Access and Wait Times

During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion.

We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Clean. View was better than expected for a partial view. It is right outside of the pool pumps. So expect a little noise when on the balcony, but it isn’t bad. Pool is as great. Never a chance to get in the hot tub without a lot of children, I can live without it:). This is our second stay at Emerald Isle.

This was a GREAT location. It's right on the beach. Loved the 2 pools and hot tub. It was quiet in our rooms. Very, very clean rooms and poolside was kept tidy. Staff was friendly. I hate having 2 different codes for gates and room and using the "#" differently. The only problems we had was the first pee flush in the master bathroom, the toliet was stopped up and almost overflowed. My husband got that fixed. The other thing is - there has been sliding locks added to the patio doors (both sets) but the hole doesn't line up so the locks are useless. (I took a pic) We would definitely book again.

The property managers need improvement on cleaning. They should of done a walk through before guests arrived. There was rat feces all over the deck, outside chairs, and table. When she came to take care of it, she said we were lucky she was in the area or we would of had to until the next day The living room bulbs in the lamps did not work. Avari was very helpful and friendly in taking care of the deck issues. We were very pleased with Avari.

Great location. Gulf front condo with views of the ocean overlooking the pool. Master bedroom bed is comfy. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Floors could have been cleaner; still had a little sand when we arrived, but no big deal. Once we had the door code and gate code down, we didn't have any trouble. Hopped on the free trolley a few times. Wish this condo came with the umbrella and chair service at the beach, (as we expected), but the price reflects this missing amenity, although there are some listings still on the web out there that do still list this amenity for this condo. There is a slight hum from the second bedroom (twin beds) that can be heard, maybe from pool pump or ac system, not sure, but otherwise peaceful. All in all, a nice stay in Pensacola Beach.
