Cozy up in the egg chair with a book, play a game of pool or air hockey on the mini table or cook a meal in the full kitchen.

10-13 minutes to major attractions: Dowtown/Channelside/AmalieArena/Tampa Bay Stadium/Cruise Port/Busch Gardens/UT/USF. 5 Minutes to the Zoo. 30-40 Minutes to the Gulf Beaches. The home is older but well kept. The AC blows nice and cold. The beds are comfortable. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The pull out sofa is queen sized. The TVs are Smart TVs you're welcome to log into your streaming services for entertainment, there is no conventional cable TV, Netflix has been provided. This is Florida, there are bugs and lizards in Florida and the home located near the river with mature vegetation, the occasional bug may get inside especially if the door is left open. There is a barn apartment located in the back of the property that is occupied by a trusted long term tenant. Do not be alarmed if you see someone waking to the back. The laundry area is a shared area please be respectful of that. The yard is separated and you have a yard to yourself. Dogs allowed with paid pet fee. All pets must be disclosed. No aggressive dogs. Please note that chickens live next door and you may hear them crow in the morning. Guest staying longer than 4 nights have access to the washer and dryer.
