Everything was clean and it was very easy to check-in and check-out. Close to the Mayo Clinic, so it was nice, since I had to be there for two weeks.

We were in town for 5 weeks for outpatient care at Mayo and needed a place suitable for such a long stay and would take our dog. The house is very convenient to Mayo campus and everyday shopping (Costco, Aldi). The yard was great for our golden retriever and the neighborhood is very suitable for walking with paved sidewalks and parks nearby. If you need extra playcare for your dog I recommend Leashes and Leads, which was less than 10 minutes away.The house is comfortable for two, but may be a little tight for a bigger family. The three sleeping rooms are all on the main level and share a very small full bath. There is a larger bathroom on the lower level with spacious shower. The kitchen has new appliances and a big sink, plenty of counter and storage space. There are most of the appliances & items you expect but noticeably missing were measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowl, bakeware, such as pyrex, cheese grater.Both our cars fit fine in the garage, even the larger Honda Pilot. Laundry is on the lower level and is clean, but no utility sink.Some aspects were disappointing however. The windows and screens need cleaning, they were very dirty. I had to clean hair out of the bath drain.Closet hangers would be a worthwhile minor investment, it's a mishmash of bent wire and plastic hangers. The furniture needs an update. One of the queen beds is not secured to the headboard and rolls around. The deck could use a power spray and the BBQ is rusty and corroded.

Great stay in Rochester

The home was very comfortable and is in a great neighborhood. It worked very well for my needs during an extended business trip. I will absolutely stay again.

This house was awesome and furnished with everything needed for our stay.

The Jasmine House was very well furnished with everything needed to make us feel at home. We were in Rochester for a visit at the Mayo Clinic and the distance from the house to the clinic was very close and easy to get to and from. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Tara the manager did everything possible to make sure our stay was very pleasurable. I would recommend this house if you need a home away from home!

Great Family Neighborhood - Convenient for Mayo visits

I admit the first impression is dulled by the faint smell of old deodorizer, but it is really only at the entry by the garage. The rest of the house is just fine. The amenities are as advertised. Nice fenced-in backyard. Bed was comfortable and living area was great for hanging out.

As advertised!

It was all we needed, pet friendly. But if the previous guests were charged for pet cleaning, then we should be reimbursed for our pet. I understand pets can be a liability but just saying... Still everything worked out for family while I was having surgery at St Mary's!

Spacious and Clean!

My husband and I were helping relocate our daughter and family from Florida to Rochester and we stayed in this lovely home for almost two weeks. The home is very well kept and very clean. We enjoyed the snow and were very happy that someone came and cleaned the driveway and sidewalks of snow!

Jasmine house

We stayed at Jasmine house for two weeks in Oct of 2020 for treatment at Mayo Clinic. Was wonderful! Beautiful house and neighborhood. The only negative was the Roku tv.

Short stay in Rochester

Property manager was very responsive & easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay at this location & loved that it was in a quiet, established, friendly neighborhood! Great location to get to places in Rochester easily. Only recommendation would be adding some hooks outside the shower on main living area for towels/clothing. Otherwise, it was very well appointed with several amenities!

Nice clean home in nice neighborhood

The Jasmine house is very clean and conveniently located in Rochester. The property managers were very helpful and easy to contact. All the amenities were in top condition and several nice extras were provided. Plenty of room for the whole family and a nice large dining table and kitchen..

A healing safe place

Jasmine House was superbly well equipped for our two month stay. Everything was supplied from shampoo and dish soap to bath towels and bandaids. It was perfect for our dog too with a large fenced back yard. Only 10 minutes from The Mayo Clinic where my wife was being treated for cancer, it made a very difficult time less so. Amir was very responsive and met our every need.

It was really nice very pretty peaceful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the Mayo Clinic, which is why we were here. The couches could have been more comfortable and the bed we slept in was a little hard, but our overall experience was good. I'd recommend the Jasmine house and would stay there again

Perfect for our visit to Mayo Clinic

This home was perfect for our one week visit to the Mayo Clinic. It's in a very quiet, pleasant neighborhood & has everything to feel comfortable while you are away from home. Satharina, the property manager is INCREDIBLY responsive & gets back to you VERY quickly! :) There were a couple of housekeeping issues when we arrived, and Satharina addressed them immediately & appropriately. My friend, who is very ill, was able to rest & enjoy a quiet, low-stress, homey environment. This was a blessing, as trips to Mayo can be quite stressful & exhausting. The location is great...convenient to the Clinic, yet far enough to be away from all of the stress, hustle & bustle of the downtown area. I also asked Satharina if wastebaskets could be placed in all bedrooms, because the extra steps to the kitchen or bathroom can be exhausting for people with serious health issues. She reviewed my request with her manager & said they would be happy to accommodate my request. I would definitely stay here in the future.
