Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this luxury oceanfront top level condominium home located along Beachview Drive and across from the 5th Street Beach access point on St. Simons Island.

This is a unbelievable property! Beachview 913 is beautifully appointed, with marble floors, 15ā€™ ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with high-end Viking and Kitchen-aide appliances, including separate wine cooler.

The living/dining room has a large flat screened TV and windows all across the ocean-facing side. This home features 3 large bedrooms with en-suites for complete privacy. You will love the master bedroom featuring a comfortable king size bed and ceiling fan. The master bath features both a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The first guestroom has a queen bed and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. The other guestroom has a set of twin beds and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination.

Downstairs on the garage level, you'll find your own man-cave! TV, foosball table, comfy couch, mini-bar and full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The balcony, which stretches the length of the home, offers spectacular oceanfront views with plenty of seating for your entire family. If you are in to grilling, you will want to take advantage of the private elevator and drop down to the patio area for the perfect opportunity to ā€œgrill with a viewā€!

This property is ideal for a family or a couples retreat!

NOTE: Beachview 911 is located on the middle floor of the building. Beachview 913 is located on the top floor of the building. There are no shared access points between the two units.

With an oceanfront location and close proximity to the Pier area (for shopping and restaurants), Beachview 913 is a perfect vacation home for you on St. Simons Island!

The location was perfect for days at the beach and afternoons and evenings in town. Close to everything we wanted to do. We had a small issue upon our late night check in, but the management came (10:30 p.m.) and fixed the problem for us as promptly as possibe. Easy to work with. Mary was an exceptional host.

Amazing Views, Great Location

This unit was amazing. Very clean and convenient to SSI and several local spots. We didnā€™t spend time on the beach, but the unobstructed views were gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion for improvement would be coded locks for doors to make check in/out a bit more efficient (although the office is convenient and close).

This particular rental has been the best one yet, spacious, comfortable, comfortable, and perfectly located right across the street from the beach. I absolutely loved the convenience and views. As long as Real Escapes continues to offer this property, Iā€™ll be reserving it year after year.They were also incredibly accommodating when a power outage affected the grid shared with nearby homes. Their responsiveness and professionalism made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle.I have no complaints Real Escapes is simply the best!

The house had a lot of space for my family. The view was awesome from inside and outside of the house. They had everything your need. There is only two things I disliked. They had three televisions and only one worked. There was a wasp nest on the front porch wasp's was flying around so we couldn't enjoy the porch view that much.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has the best location - you cannot beat the access to the beach (right across the street) and to restaurants etc. But - the property is in need of repairs and updating. The water pressure is basically non-existent in the bathroom showers, there is mold on bathroom ceilings, we had to search for bath towels and what we found were old, mis-matched sets that desperately need replacing. Ice machine in kitchen doesn't work - we've stayed here twice and it has been broken both times. While the kitchen seems stocked - the owner needs to take an inventory and restock silverware and cooking utensils. Appliances are updated and in good working order.If you are looking for a good location - this is great. But it is to decorated with a beach vibe at all. Furniture is heavy, dark and Italianate to coordinate with the outside architecture.Finally - there was a sewage plumbing issue when we checked in and we had to be placed somewhere for the first night of our stay. Rental agency was fantastic - they worked super hard to get us a new place for the night and to get everything cleaned up and sanitized so we could get into this unit soon. Would highly recommend Brooke at RealEscapes - she was amazing! I would not recommend this property until owners address the interior issues.

Itā€™s warm, inviting, quiet, comfortable and so convenient to everything you need, even with golf carts. And the location canā€™t be beaten. The views are gorgeous and youā€™ll see everything from sail boats to enormous ocean vessels passing quietly by. Such fun to see. Suffice it to say that we arrived as a tired family in need of some rejuvenation. We left feeling refreshed and peaceful (and a bit sad). Sad only because we didnā€™t want to leave 🤗). We highly recommend this property and will stay here again and again!

Perfect respite

Relaxing on the porch to the rhythmic sound of the ocean was ideal. When thunderstorms stirred, and I went inside, the large glass windows of the great room still provided a soothing presence of the powerful Atlantic. I canā€™t imagine a nicer location overlooking the ocean. I wanted a nice break in a long road trip and found it. It was wonderfully quiet at night, and I was close to my favorite spot on Saint Simonā€™s, the lighthouse. I may make it back on my next trip down the coast. I hope to relive the restful moments there.
