Parking:
▪ Two parking spots are available on the driveway / Garage is not available for use.
▪ Overnight street parking is not allowed
▪ If additional parking is required, there are spaces available near the club house
▪ Make sure not to block in any way the sidewalk nor park on the grass, you will get a ticket by the police. It is illegal by Florida State Law.

Please notify at least 3 days in advance if you are planning to use the Pool Heater to be able to turn it on and have it ready for your arrival. Our fee is a daily $50 (taxes included) for the duration of your stay
