Paki Maui 123 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the first floor with wonderful unobstructed ocean views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo does not have air conditioning. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features majestic ocean views and access to the bedroom's lanai. It's the perfect place to enjoy a good book or relax after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom features a comfortable California King bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds and the guest bathroom is in the hallway with a walk-in shower. The living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa bed. A washer/dryer is stocked in the unit for added convenience.

Scope of project: removal of planter boxes at the 21 and 22 stacks. What to expect: noise, dust and debris during the demolition portion. Solar Panel Removal and Upgrade. Project is scheduled to start on 9/14/26 and is estimated to take 2 ½ weeks to complete. Scope of work: removal and upgrade of solar panels on the roof. What to expect: a crane will be brought onsite to remove maters and equipment from the roofs. Parking may be affected by the crane work.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.
