Beautiful and Relaxing 3 Bedroom Bungalow Home, Perfect for a Weekend Getaway

Relax for a long weekend in this beautiful Two Story Bungalow just minutes from Downtown Anderson, Anderson University and only a short drive away from Clemson University. This 1800 square foot property includes a master bedroom with a private bathroom. It boasts the privacy of a fully fenced in yard. A second bedroom downstairs offers two matching twin beds which are great for children, but can also fit two adults comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing great meals. The upstairs features a third bedroom adjacent to a common area that can also serve as workspace if needed. There is a Washer and Dryer in the home for you to use at your convenience.

Enjoy all your favorite TV Apps with the Smart TV in the living room or choose to relax with a DVD or book from our own collection. Our home is thoroughly and professionally cleaned & sanitized for the health and safety of all arriving guests.

Pleasant stay in the tucked away neighborhood

Lovely stay in beautiful home

This home is extremely well located in a nice neighborhood, very close to downtown Anderson and Anderson University. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The owners were very easy to work with and we highly recommend this vacation home!

Perfect location and property!

This was an absolute perfect place to stay for our son's wedding in Anderson! We were very close to downtown, and we loved the quiet quaint neighborhood. The house had so much charm and character and had everything we needed to make the entire weekend go smoothly. Thank you, Stacey for being such a wonderful host - you have a great home!

Exceptional, comfortable, and clean

What a treat to stay in this lovingly kept home! The whole atmosphere is cozy, the yard and home are immaculate without feeling sterile. Check in was a breeze. Communication easy, kitchen well appointed, everything you could want for a home away from home.

The house was very homey and more than enough room for our family of 6. The kids loved their own space upstairs with games and coloring supplies included. Thank you for this lovely place to stay. We would definitely chose it again if we need a place to stay in the Anderson area!

Wedding Weekend

My family of 6 had a great time in this bungalow. Great location to downtown Anderson where we celebrated a family wedding. The house was clean and furniture/beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare your own meals and all the amenities of your own home. Definitely would rent this bungalow again.

Really quaint and homey place!

This place was awesome and exceeded any and all expectations. The house is really inviting and homey, quiet, and comfortable. I came here for a Clemson football game with some friends and everyone was extremely impressed and loved staying here! It is about 25 mins from Clemson but it is an easy drive and straight shot! Stacey was extremely professional and quick to respond. Would highly recommend staying here, and would again!

PERFECT PLACE FOR A FAMILY GATHERING

I had the pleasure of bringing my small family at this charming bungalow for Mother's Day weekend. It was an ideal place to prepare and eat good meals, play cards and board games, watch 2 DVD's (a nice collection was there), and the sleeping accomodations were ideal for the 4 of us. We also enjoyed being outside on the back porch area. The neighborhood was quite. We will definitely make arrangements to return there - perhaps make it a yearly tradition!

Charming, convenient and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this adorable bungalow. The books and games were so nice and helped us enjoy leisurely mornings playing games and reading together in the living room. Everyone slept well, we felt very safe and the house was close to everything- groceries, restaurants and the lake. We enjoyed a visit to Asbury Shores and would recommend that also. Stacey was so helpful and responsive. We had a great time and appreciate you sharing your home and city with us!

Perfect Home Away From Home!

We really did feel at home the minute we stepped in the door. This is a beautiful house, bigger than the pictures make it seem. Plenty of room for our whole family. Well stocked kitchen that we used for cooking meals. Lots of games and books to keep us entertained, as well as the SmartTV. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We were only a few minutes from Anderson University and downtown. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Anderson!

My daughter and family stayed here. My son joined them for a weekend. It suited their needs well. There was an issue with the dead bolt being locked but it was quickly resolved. The house was charming but could use a few updates such as the kitchen sink.

Perfect for our family of four.

It was super cute, and perfect for our family. It was overall clean, however dust in the bottom of the closets. Dust was at the bottom of our black dresses for our daughters wedding? Towels could be upgraded, a little more, plush, and larger. Also maybe an extra supply of back up toilet paper. Overall a beautiful home!

The Perfect Bungalow!

We stayed in this lovely home for 2 weeks and it felt like home from the moment we walked in the door! It had everything we needed and then some. The owner is very responsive and is just a phone call or message away. We like to cook and the kitchen was set up for just that. We even had the use of a couple of cast iron dutch ovens so making soup and curry was a breeze. The living room was comfortable with a large screen TV and the bedrooms were furnished with exactly what we needed. Our grandsons came to visit and there were books and toys for all ages. We will definitely stay here again as it’s a comfortable, well appointed home with lots of charm and character!

Family weekend in Anderson

We had a wonderful stay! The house was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean, well stocked and we could easily find everything we needed. Plenty of hot water and roomy showers. Living room and bedrooms were neat and well decorated without being cluttered. Upstairs was well ventilated and temperature controlled, bed was comfy and we absolutely loved the motion night lights on the stairs. My husband was pleased to have USB ports available on the power strip by the bed in the master bathroom. Many little touches that were well thought out and placed. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood, well maintained, fenced yard and swings for kids to play with a nice side porch. Both home and neighborhood felt very safe traveling with family. We would absolutely stay again.

A Hidden Gem

I’m so glad we found this property. With our child being a student at Anderson University, we will definitely stay here as much as possible on our visits. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It is located very centrally to everything, but it is on a quiet side street. We are a family of four and we had plenty of room. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. I had a couple questions for the owner, and when I texted her, she was very quick to reply. I can’t wait to stay at this property on our next visit.

Comfy little bungalow

This house was perfect for going and touring colleges in the area. It had everything we needed to cook since we cannot go out to eat much due to food allergies. It was nice to sit on the deck it was a lovely fall weekend.

Cute bungalow with such charm!!!

This bungalow was perfect for our family while we were in town for my niece's wedding. It was so warm and charming and conveniently located about 5 minutes from downtown. Stacey was great to work with planning our trip and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and property owner if you are planning a visit to Anderson. Absolutely great Anderson place to stay

I only wish we’d learned of this adorable house sooner because we stayed for our daughter’s graduation. Great house, great value and super close to campus and downtown restaurants. There aren’t many great hotel choices to begin with but I’d never stayed in a hotel if I’d known that this adorable house was an option. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, beautiful outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home for under 60 crowd

This lovely bungalow was just the right size for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed for our morning breakfast and plenty of seating to relax at the end of the day. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were traveling with our 82 year old mother. She had a challenge with the front door stairs since there wasn't a railing and would have benefited with a grab bar into the shower. The rest of us were very comfortable and hope to return soon.
