Discover the Grand Ker, a cottage of character nestled in a peaceful hamlet 15 minutes walk from the beaches. This 17th century farmhouse has been completely renovated with taste and invites you to live a unique experience in a peaceful setting, with nearly a hectare of greenery.

Designed to accommodate up to 16 people, the Grand Ker is ideal for family reunions, reunions with friends, or even collective activities. It consists of two independent living areas, offering each of them space and privacy, all extending over more than 300m2.

In the left part "A-Gleiz" you will find:

- 3 large bedrooms for 2 people + 1 small bedroom with a single bed
- 1 kitchen with scullery, a large living / dining room
- 1 shower room upstairs and a bathroom on the first floor

In the right part "A-Zehou" you will find:

- 3 bedrooms each with its independent access, toilet and shower room (one of the bedrooms has a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 additional people while the other two bedrooms are for 2 people)
- 1 large collective space consisting of a new kitchen with fireplace and table d'hôte, a living room on the first floor and a boudoir on the mezzanine to accommodate activities and collective moments .

All rooms have new and high quality bedding, guaranteeing a restful sleep and unparalleled comfort. Each space has been designed for your well-being and relaxation.

Most of the beds are modular. Only a single bed and a double bed cannot be changed, the rest can be transformed into double or single beds according to your preferences.

You also have:

- A 20 m2 laundry room with washing machine, dryer, dryer, ironing board and iron

- A Napoleon gas barbecue for grilling fans

- A large plot of land of nearly one hectare, one part with lawn and one part with trees, allowing meals, rest, games and outdoor collective and sports activities

- A 400 m² barn

- A shelter for bicycles or equipment nautical

Travelers have access to the entire property as well as the 9000m square meters of trees.
