Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Tower 1 and 2 is open, and the pool between Tower 3 and 4 is open!
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, the normal beach accesses are available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but a temporary beach access has been installed behind Tower 3 for guests in towers 3 and 4 to use until the landscaping behind those towers is complete!

The only studio in tower 3, this unit overlooks the polynesian pool as well as the gorgeous gulf! This unit also features a king bed with a twin rollaway so it will sleep 3 comfortably. The wet bar area has a microwave, sink and small fridge. This studio features a full bathroom with a large marble garden tub/shower combination and a separate dressing area that has marble vanities with two sinks. The full size laundry room has a side by side washer/dryer and is separate from the sleeping area so it offers plenty of room to keep your beach items. Great unit for a weekend trip or short stay!
