Great property that matches description in a very nice safe complex. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the mattress needs to be rotated/flipped or replaced. There are large dents in each side where people have laid. Aside from that, it’s fabulous

The rooms were clean and the kitchen was a nice size for cooking in. Direct access to the beach was wonderful and the views from the balcony were stunning.

Amazing!

I was very pleased with using a property management group locally to Panama City beach throughout the entire process, even up until checkout was very easy and a great experience. The condo was a great price point for what we got way better than others even some owners prices. We always stay at Majestic and always will and I definitely will be using book that condo again.

my 2 dissappointments

My 2 big disappointments are, number one, the Starbucks, I was very excited to have a Starbucks in the building, so I didn't bring coffee or buy it for the room. The first day I went down and ordered a small black coffee with 2 shots of flavor. I paid 5.05 for this coffee, which is expensive but I figure it's Starbucks and I'm on vacation. The 2nd day I go down, and I take my 5.05 with me, but then I see the cold drinks and I order a cold coffee thing with flavor (small). She said the total was 10.00 and some change; I was like, for a small? I said no, I won't pay that for coffee, so I said just give me the same as I had yesterday small black coffee with 2 shots of flavor. She then tells me it's 7.00 and some change, I'm like What???? Yesterday it was 5.05; she said yes but we charge for the extra flavor, (which I got the day before too. I said Forget it, I'm not paying over 7.00 for a small black coffee I was very disappointed. We had to go drive to McDonald's to get coffee! I feel like she was pocketing money.. The second issue was the bar outside, I walked up one day and ordered a brownie sunday with ice cream and chocolate syrup, the lady says okay but it will be about 15 minutes I am short workers today, she then she proceeded to take my money, after 15 minutes was up I walked up to ask about it and she acted very put out and said it will be a while. (Meanwhile, my husband and I were watching her make specialty drinks in the mixer for all kinds of other customers that were after me!!!, I understand if you are short-staffed, but don't take someone's money if you can't fill the order. I asked for my money back; I didn't have an hour to wait for this. And I feel like it was very rude to wait on others before taking care of me. Because of these two issues, we will not be back I was very excited about the Starbucks and the bar before going; people are on vacation and want to be waited on and not ripped off, Everything else was fine. I will mention that having to leave your d.l for the luggage cart was a bit much, I have never had to do that before. thanks

Nice location and nice room

Everything worked and was clean in our room. Nice views and centrally located in the city. You can walk many places you want to go.
