Updated top floor corner unit - on beach with spectacular views

We are excited to report that our Sea Oats Resort in Redington Shores is completely restored and updated following the damages from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We welcomed guests again on 1/25/25 and happy that the heated pool and tennis/pickleball courts are back in action!

If you enjoy watching the surf before and after your toes leave the beach this is the condo for your next vacation. The view from the living, dining and kitchen as well as the balcony is simply spectacular. One never feels they are leaving the relaxation of the water and sand as it is always in view.
The pool is only a step away from the large beach which allows one to go from beach to pool at your whim. Tiki huts are located next to the pool and grills are close by. A tennis and pickle ball court is onsite for guests.
Enjoy time away with all the conveniences of home such as a 55" smart TV, private high-speed WIFI, washer and dryer in the unit, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and easy access to restaurants/bars, entertainment, groceries and health services.
The location of the unit provides the ideal siting for dolphins and of course those gorgeous sunsets.

My wife and I do our annual vacation the last weekend of April, 1st week of May. We’ve stayed in Maui, Key West, Marco Island, Estero Beach…..This place was by FAR the cleanest condo we’ve ever vacationed in. You will not be disappointed.God bless Beth and the fine folks at Sea Oats.

We had an amazing time visiting over spring break! We stayed at another Sea Oats unit last year and loved the pool and beach set up and were excited to come back. This corner unit has an incredible view of the ocean and the balcony is perfect for watching sunsets. Th kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of toys, chairs, games and other items for the beach. Beth was very responsive and a great host.

Property was clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. View was exceptional, location great (plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby).Beach was uncrowded and well maintained. Beth was a prefect host! Very responsive to our questions! We will be back!

Beautiful Condo! Beth is a great host- thought of everything. We had all that we needed, unit is very nice and bed/bath/kitchen all updated and beautiful. Very quiet beach. We are sad we had to leave! Thank you for a great vacation!!!!

The location is excellent- right on the beach and close to restaurants, stores, and John’s Pass. The condo was very clean too. We loved our time here.

Great Stay!

We love coming to this beach, have been coming here for over 3 years now. The condo was nice, clean, & spacious. Everything was enjoyable, the furniture is a little outdated but other than that we had a great time!

Awesome Views!

We loved this beautiful condo! It is tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The views were outstanding. The host, Beth, communicated well and we will definitely stay here again! This is our first time at North Redington Shores, and the people here were so friendly!

Beautiful condo and location

We’ve stayed at the sea oats the last three years and I think this condo was the best find yet! The beds were all comfy, the interior was all remodeled and labeled. This was such a great place and you can tell the owners really love this place. We hope to stay here again in the future.

What a great property and experience!

Our family of 5 stayed here. It has an amazing view, one of the easiest check-in and check-out processes we’ve ever experienced, is extremely clean, and is well stocked to feel like home. We loved this property and the Redington Beach area. We will definitely stay here again! Also, the owner and the property manager are really nice and helpful!

Sea Oats 508 has beautiful views and is spacious. There is not much to improve on unless you want to add another elevator to get to upper floors.

Amazing views

Properly was clean and lots of amenities just like advertised.The best part is the amazing view. Dolphins playing right outside in the mornings were awesome, even saw them in the water one day while we were swimming. Beds were extremely comfortable, and loved having laundry on site. Beth was great with communication before and during our stay. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Skulleys at John's Pass was hands down our favorite food (we went twice), and Rita's for custard/gelati.

Wonderful Vacation

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Oats unit 508. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The location is perfect especially for families and children who have a tendency to go from the beach to the pool and back multiple times during the day. The owner, Beth, was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Views

The property was fabulous! Clean, accurate details, and roomy. Beth is an awesome and responsive host! The kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. We loved the extras and details that Beth provided. The beach as always is beautiful. Can’t wait to stay here again!
