ENGLISH:
This freestanding rustic Andalusian style villa, with beautiful private garden with tropical plants, is situated in a quiet residencial area and only 1.5 km from the beach. The villa is build 200 sq.m., 2 full bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, outdoor shower w / c, a spacious living room with dining area for 8 people and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, as well as a nicely furnished terrace and garden with BBQ. Bedroom number 1 has a queen size bed of 160 x 200. The master bedroom has a king size bed (180 x 200). The third bedroom is a childrens room with two single beds (2 x 90 x 200). These 3 bedrooms are facing the beautiful green nature campo side. Bedroom 4 offers two single beds put together as king size bed (180 x 200) and is facing east.
All 4 bedrooms offer airconditioning w / c.
Bathroom 1 brand new renovated in 2019 with large walk in shower of 2 m x 1 m, window and daylight.
Bathroom 2 is a bright and cheerful marble bathroom with glasshower, dobbelzink, underfloorheating, window and daylight.
Bathroom 3 is guest toilet.
From the large living and dining area (72sqm) with large fireplace you will enjoy views to the wonderful garden and to the big 12x5m pool with a hot and cold water Roman style shower. The large, nicely furnished and covered terrace (50 sqm) has sun all day long and leads to the pool area. We offer a nice breakfast area for chilling and sunbathing. Deckchairs / Sunbeds therefore are available. The house has South-West orientation and is located in a quiet neighborhood with only single houses and villas. The backside of the house borders the lovely green countryside which invites for romantic walks or morning jogging. There is a child's swing under the palm trees and a wooden playhouse for the kids with lots of toys. So the ideal place for families with children who are looking for an undisturbed, relaxing holiday home with everything you need close to the beach. Rental only available to families, NO party groups, please.
Bed linen, towels, water and normal electricity are included in the rental price. Final cleaning costs € 150 to be paid in cash on arrival.
The beach is just 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive away, good supermarkets (Mercadona and Lidl) only 5 minutes walk. Elviria offers lots of restaurants and bars and golf courses. The famous Nikki Beach Club is just a stroll along the beach. The beaches of Elviria are one of the best on the Costa del Sol. You will find beach restaurants along the beach called 'Chiringuitos'. They Can Provide hammocks and parasols. Water sports are available. So just a few minutes by car is the small resort Elviria, offering dozens of excellent restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets or the pretty port of Cabopino, Which is just another 5 minutes by car. You may want to visit the famous marina Puerto Banús (15 km), probably the most famous port and tourist enclave in Southern Europe and a magnet for the rich and famous. Or the beautiful Centre of Marbella with its charming historic old town, a myriad of narrow, cobbled streets and alleyways Which are filled with stylish shops, bars and restaurants. Or the fantastic shopping mall called La Cañada (both 8km).
Golf: There are Numerous golf clubs in the immediate reach, the nearest being Santa Maria Golf & Country Club in Elviria and Santa Clara Golf. Greenlife and the Marbella Golf are within a 10 minute drive. Further information available on request.
Interesting One Day Tours Could be to Ronda, Malaga, Frigiliana, Gibraltar, Nerja and therefore to Tarifa for people who love kitesurfing. AVENTURA AMAZONIA MARBELLA (3km) is a large nicely Constructed climbing adventure park offers 7 different Which circuits for the whole family. In Mijas Costa (18 km) There is a Waterpark called Aquapark with many slides and water activities for a whole day of fun for everyone.

This detached rustic Andalusian style villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only 1.5 km from the beach. The villa, 200 m2 on one level consists of 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 1 outdoor shower w / c, guest toilet, a super spacious living room with dining area for 8 people and a new fully equipped bright kitchen with breakfast table, and furnished terrace and garden. Bedroom 1 has a double bed 160 x 200 cm. Bedroom 2 is very spacious and offers a 180 x 200 double bed, Bedroom 3 is a children's room with 2 single beds 90 x 200 and various toys. These 3 bedrooms have a fantastic view of the green nature of the adjacent Campos. Bedroom 4 has two single beds, arranged as a double bed 180 x 200 cm. Air conditioning w / c in all 4 bedrooms available.
Bathroom 1 brand new renovated in 2019 with walk in shower 2 m x 1 m, with window and natural light. Bathroom 2 is a friendly, beautiful marble bath with double vanity, underfloor heating, windows and natural light. Additional separate guest toilet available.

The large, tastefully furnished and covered terrace (50 m²) has the sun all day long and is adjacent to the pool area. It consists of a dining area for 10 people, ideal for breakfast or for barbecues (Weber gas grill available) and a cozy sofa area for chilling and sunbathing. Sunbeds are also available. The house is facing south west and located in a small quiet neighborhood with freestanding EFH. The back of the house borders on the beautiful Campo and invites for romantic walks or for jogging a morning. There is a swing under the palms and a small wooden playhouse for the kids with various toys. This is the perfect spot for your undisturbed and relaxing family holiday in a quiet and comfortable house near the beach. It is only rented to families, party groups are NOT desired.
