Beautiful fish ponds with relaxing water falls which makes for a tranquil and peaceful evening sitting listening to the sounds of nature on the back deck !

We had a great time! We loved the property. Great location, lots of room for our small family. We enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable and we liked that the bunk beds were full size. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location in the Eagles Landing community. Short drive to the Boardwalk, Beach, dining and other attractions. Two dedicated parking spots. Stayed with husband and 2 kids but could fit more in the kids rooms of needed.

Cute Property Not Far From Beach/Boardwalk, with a very friendly owner!

I went with a group of 8 people all together to this house for a week, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the house! It was very cute inside and there was plenty of space for us. In addition, Kathy (owner) was very helpful with all problems we had and communicated regularly. Overall, the only thing I would change would be the slightly fragile blinds installed in the house, but a lovely place otherwise!

Great Communication, Nice location!!

House was cozy and located in a nice quiet community. Kids enjoyed riding bikes and swimming in the pool. Accessibility to Rehoboth Ave,Delaware Ave. and the beach was surprisingly easy even though we were on the other side of 1(Coastal Highway). Kathy was easy to reach, helpful and responded quickly to issues/concerns.

Great stay! Little things could be different

I traveled with a large group of friends. Kathy was always available and responded quickly to texts. Personally phone call might have been better to ensure accurate communication for bigger issues! We had some trouble opening the door: pull the handle into you when doing the code! Plenty of blankets and pillows as described. Having a washer/dryer was great for packing light for a long stay and doing laundry! The master bathroom toilet handle is a cute detail but tricky and makes the toilet run. Make sure its turned up! The wifi didn't handle a lot of users very well, it stopped working during our trip. We used the grill and kitchen often. The oven made our chicken taste bad, it's fairly old as is the stove top. The stove top worked just worn! The kitchen is fairly stocked. No ice maker so we brought ice cube trays and that was great! I suggest bringing ice packs for coolers on beach days to save ice! The 2 blue couches are also uncomfortable. They have springs in the cushions which make them hard to settle on but we got used to them! Pull out couch was great. Plenty of seating for my group. Beds were very comfy and bathrooms were an awesome size. Parking was easy and even the neighborhood is off the highway its tucked back nice and quiet! We enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods and using the pool for free! Since its not within walking distance we parked in front of one of the churches 5 min away which always had spots and a quick walk to the beach! There were volleyball nets at that access too which made beach time so fun! This was a great stay and I would come back! As I said very small details :)

Perfect Week

We absolutely loved staying here. It was a great location super close to everything, the beach(both Rehoboth and Dewey), shopping, restaurants, the gym, 2 pools. It was the perfect location and just the right size for our family of 8.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at this property while in Rehoboth for my brotherā€™s wedding. The townhouse was perfect. Kathy was extremely responsive for a couple of minor issues we had, and they were resolved quickly. I highly recommend staying here. Itā€™s a beautiful community, great location, and an amazing beach theme townhouse.

Family Vacation

Property was clean and had ample room, with three bed rooms and a pull out couch, in the living room. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to the outlets and about two miles from the beach. Owner was great, checked in with us, the day we arrived. Would defiantly stay here again. Thank You, Kathy.

Great Stay

The property was at a great location and worked well for us. It was very clean and well kept. The owner was also very easy to get in contact with. We loved all the sleeping options the place had so everyone had a comfortable place to sleep!

Had an amazing stay at this VRBO. The host was very courteous and responsive during our trip. I had a bunch of questions prior to the stay and she responded right away with all the answers. Location of the place is perfect. Walking distance to a restaurant, and super close to both Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. Also, near anything you may need. The neighborhood is very nice and I'm sure the pool is a great addition to the trip as well. 10/10 would stay here again.

Spacious, good location

We had a great stay at this property in Rehoboth. Kathy was very helpful, calling in advance with property details as well as a few tips for the neighborhood. Our kids were pleasantly surprised by the various toys and books available. Overall, it was perfect for a long weekend in the spring.

Comforts of home

This is a nice place. It is a little tricky driving to the beach because of crossing Route 1 but after a day or so, we figured out the best routes. It is about a 5 minute drive to the beach and there are plenty of stores and restaurant nearby. The owner was very helpful and we had no issues getting in to the house or the pool. If we make our way back to Rehobeth, we would definitely try to rent here again!

Great location and area!

This was the perfect place for a relaxing girls trip to the beach! Kathys tips on parking were spot on and we had no issue finding a spot each morning and getting there within minutes. The house is conveniently located with grocery stores, outlets, and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is also great for exercising and activity and many of us were able to go for nice morning walks and runs around the complex! Thank you so much for a great stay, Kathy!

Dirty, Ants, RUDE Owner

Arrived to ants in the kitchen, dust balls and standing dust on dƩcor and hair in the bathrooms. Opened the windows and several blinds fell right off apparently having been taped in place. Windows in bedroom had black plastic trash bags taped in the windows and the master bed was so degraded that we were unable to sleep in it after the 1st night because of back pain. When we complained the owner claimed we must have broken the blinds ourselves and actually kept 200 of our security deposit despite that clearly being old damage. We also removed the dirty bathroom rugs and placed them in the washer and she accused us of stealing them even though we told her exactly where they were on the property. We have rented several homes in this complex and had wonderful experiences and received excellent ratings but this was a terrible experience. From check in when the keys were not where we were told they would be, To the difficulty getting a response around arrival, to hostile and fradulent charges at the end this was the worst rental experience we have ever had.

The three pools were excellent! Great community with friendly neighbors. Felt secure exercising outdoors. Only downside was it was a bit further than I would have liked from the beach.

No linens or towels?

We were in town for the weekend for a friend's wedding and the house was what we expected. It was great for sleeping a large group without breaking the bank to do so. The house was clean and matched the pictures when we arrived. However, when we arrived at 11pm at night we found that there we no linens or towels in the entire house. There was nothing on the posting that mentioned this besides the fact that Linens were not listed as a amenity for the house. We have stayed at countless rental homes all over the country and this is the first time a house has not come with such basic necessities, so when filtering for homes we have never even thought to check the "linens" amenity box. Usually we use those for things like hot tubs, grills, water view etc. The owner was very responsive when we called but seemed to think it was strange to expect sheets and towels at a rental home and told me only hotels offer such things, so we had to go out and buy sheets and towels for 6 beds in sizes that we will never get to use again since they don't match what we use at home. In addition she claimed to have sent a email with a word document attached detailing that linens were not provided and what the check out instructions were and blamed me for not reading them. Neither of these items were ever sent to us, therefore leaving us in the dark. If linens were provided, or if there was at least a big notification stating that they weren't provided, then it would of been a good stay. If you are paying a cleaning crew to clean the house for you, it seems like throwing some sheets in the laundry would be a simple addition to their work. This is a national website and it seems hard to expect someone to fly from Colorado with 6 queen size fitted sheets, towels, pillow cases etc. in their suitcase.
