The ULTIMATE "in-town"location has ski-in/shuttle out access, with 4 O'Clock Ski Run across the street. The complex is Less than one block from historic Main Street. Having undergone a major exterior remodel, the complex has the feel of a luxury mountain lodge, with its grand log entrances and stone accent exterior.The unit is equipped with its own gas fireplace, balcony, washer/dryer, cover parking and wireless internet. For apre's ski, there are two hot tubs with a fire pit, as well as, easy access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs.

Having completed an interior remodel , this mountain retreat is magnificent! This spacious unit boasts over 1200 square feet of living space all on one level, including two master bedrooms and two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, seperate dining area, and handsome living area complete with gas fireplace and queen sofa sleeper. The look and feel of the unit is absolutely perfect...knotty alder doors and trim thoughout, leather living room furniture, slate accent bedroom furniture, and wildlife decor.

After a day on the slopes, you'll bask in the comforts of this well-appointed haven. You can curl up on the leather furniture in the living area and watch the 40' flat screen TV while enjoying the warmth and ambiance of the gas fireplace. The chef in the group will love the fully-equipped kitchen, and will have no problem whipping up something exquisite on the Jen-Air range/oven or on the gas barbeque on the private balcony(the views of the town are amazing). If no one is volunteering for chef duty, you're only a block from Main Street and its many dining establishments! Later, bedtime will be a real treat, with each master suite, and the sofa-sleeper in the living area, having a flat-screen TV .

Location was excellent - steps from main street and steps from the free ski shuttle route to get up to the slopes. Parking was easy and convenient. The residence was very clean, just as pictured online. The layout of the residence was nice and accommodating. Short drive from the grocery store and a close walking distance to restaurants on Main Street. Hot tub onsite and steps from the condo. Very nice and had a fantastic time - would stay again for sure.

Everything about this VRBO was amazing from the beginning and excellent communication from the owner. Once we were there, the condo was great, clean, great location to everything, filled with all of the essentials needed for a great week, clean and comfortable. When we return to Breckenridge, we will try to rent again.

We very much enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesistate to stay here again. We found this condo to be exceptionally clean, well-furnished, and the the kitchen to be completely stocked with all of the cookware we could have needed during our stay.

The two master suite layout is wonderful, allows an extra layer of privacy, the kitchen is well furnished for cooking. The common area is well appointed and roomy. The condo’s location is very convenient for walking to restaurants, shops. The condo is a short walk from 4 O’Clock at the end of the day, and it’s a short walk to the free ride bus stop in the morning.

We had an amazing stay at this property. You can tell the hosts have truly thought of every detail — from the cozy touches throughout the home to the incredibly well‑stocked kitchen. Every utensil and tool we could possibly need was already there, and then some. It made cooking and relaxing so easy and enjoyable. The space was spotless, comfortable, and clearly cared for with a lot of pride. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Better than expected!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great communication from Mary with clear check in and check out instructions. The condo is in a nice location. We picked up the bus in the morning for a 2 block drive up to Snowflaks lift. In the afternoon, we could ski 4 oclock all the way back to the condo. In the evening, we could walk a block to the great restaurants. The condo is well equipped, bedrooms both have king beds and a cozy fireplace. I hope to be back soon!

Perfect Location Near Main Street

This condo was perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy for us to enjoy dining in on occasion. Very comfortable seating in the living room and the layout made enjoying the fireplace wonderful. Walking to town was a breeze. Honestly the only drawback for some would be that there is no elevator, we knew that when booking and had no issue doing the stairs. We would definitely book this unit again for a future trip.

Ski home away from home

Great location, awesome space, a comfortable home away from home for our first ski trip! This apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, warm and cozy after skiing, cook a good meal and get a perfect night’s sleep. It is a short walk to town, restaurants and ski lifts.

Breckenridge at your fingertips

What an amazing stay we just had! The place was all they said it would be and more. We loved watching the snow from the balcony. We were so pleased with how close we were to Main St. (literally across the street to a cute little foot bridge and you're there). The bus stop is at the foot of the driveway, cross the street and 20 feet. Free buses around town were a very nice surprise. My daughter and I didn't ski but we took the gondola up (also free) and had a great lunch at the top of peak 8. We had one little issue, emailed Mary and within an hour a maintenance person arrived. Talk about service. I am already dreaming about going back and staying here again. The kitchen: when they say everything you need, they mean it. It was perfect. Did I mention the gas fireplace? Wow! It was so cozy! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Felt like home

The condo felt just like home. Warm, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there (plates, coffee cups, paper towels, etc). We would definitely love to go back to back! Highly recommended!

Complete, Convenient and cozy!!

This condo has it all!!! It was comfortable and had everything needed for a week's ski vacation. The beds are KINGS!!! and so comfortable. I would say that additional blankets are needed since the owner requests that you not use the thick comforters that are on the beds. But other than that, the kitchen is stocked with every imaginable pot, pan and utensil, dishware and serving ware. The owner/management leaves spices, coffee filters, unopened food staples etc in the kitchen for guest use....this is really nice as I didn't have to buy spices, hand soap, dish soap or paper towels for our stay. We did buy additional TP and paper towels but left the extras for the next guests. The bus system to the lifts is super easy and gets you to the lifts so fast. The ski back to the condo is really convenient also and we did that 4/5 days we were there to have lunch. I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great stay for a ski trip.

Great Stay

We had a great stay - the space is perfect for two couples with the two separate bedroom suites. Kitchen is well equipped and furniture is comfortable. Great location for both mountain and town access. Would definitely repeat!

Steps away from town & shuttle to Beaver Run. Kitchen well equipped, lounge furniture very comfortable as well as beds. Nice having 2 baths as well as washer/dryer.

Beautiful convenient Condo

Great spot. Beautiful interior design. Kitchen pots and pan should be thrown away. Too much Teflon ( cancer causing)peeling off. Wish they had spent as much on kitchen utensils as they did on lamps.

Location was perfect!

Everything from booking to communication throughout our stay was fantastic. Mary was a great host and provided lots of "extra" essentials throughout the condo which was a nice added bonus. The short walk to the hot tubs was great after a long day of skiing. Will definitely be back.

Great Place!

Brought my family here for a ski vacation, and property was excellent - as advertised. Only one small issue with cleaning crew coming a day early, but that was resolved with property company asap. We would stay here again. Thank you for letting us use your home!
