Welcome to your ski-in/ski-out 2 bedroom/2 bathroom retreat located at Grandview at Breckenridge condominiums. Ski in/Out access is approximately 200 yards from our condo! Enjoy convenient ski access and permitted parking for 2 cars. You're a quick shuttle ride from downtown Breckenridge and the Breckenridge Ski Resort, and just steps from the Four O' Clock Run and the Snowflake chairlift.

Inside you'll find a fully remodeled condo perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or hiking our beautiful mountains. Cook that perfect meal in the gourmet kitchen. Unwind by the cozy gas-burning fireplace which adds warmth and amazing ambiance at the flick of a switch for a relaxing night in playing games or watching your favorite movie.

ABOUT THE CONDO

This ground floor unit provides easy access in a complex with no elevators. Sink into the plush sofa or armchair and relax by the fire after an exhilarating day on the mountain. Watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The sofa converts to a sleeper for additional guests.

Solid Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and small appliances you need to prepare gourmet meals await in the spacious kitchen. A convenient pass-through makes entertaining easy with your entire group and feeding the kids a breeze.

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, flat screen TV. A light and bright en-suite master bath which has a beautiful shower with a solid euro-glass door. Bedroom #2 sleeps 4 on a twin Loft bed over a Queen bed and a guest bath offers a shower/tub combination.

Amenities include in-unit laundry, complimentary Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and permitted parking for two cars.



THE LOCATION

Your ski-in/ski-out location affords access to the Four O’ Clock run ( 200 yards from parking lot across the street from the condo’s parking lot) Great Hiking and biking as well for your summer vacation.

Nice Location

Comfortable and cozy accommodations for small group or family. Great location and proximity that was just a short walk to trail that takes you to a lift. Quick drive to parking garage near all the shops and restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our time here and would rent this place again.

Spring 25 Ski

Noisy- building has very little soundproofing so you could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were doing. Bed was “springy” so when one person moves whole bed moves. Living furniture worn out and uncomfortable. Great kitchen, clean and distance to the slopes excellent. Management very responsive. Would not stay again because of the noise and uncomfortable furniture.

The property is in an excellent location. The place was clean. It is very convenient. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen very nice. Desperately need to upgrade the couch. There isn't any support at all other than for one person. The recliner needs fixing.

Great place with great host

The place itself was great. Good location to slopes, relatively easy to get to town even without a car, clean, and had the essentials. The host was also very accommodating and made the trip easy.

We had a very nice stay.. Condo is very well equipped, high end appliances, beds were very comfortable, nice warmth from the fireplace.. I did have some issues with the lock, host promptly had maintenance take care of it.. There was even enough snow on the road to mostly ski (not walk) the 100 yards to 4 O'Clock ski run.

Great place to stay

We loved the condo and our time there snowboarding. Clean, updated, and easy to check in. Beds were comfy and nice having 2 bathrooms with showers. Lots of cooking essentials if needed. Hard to find a complaint but if I had to would say the couch was pretty uncomfortable so not a great area to hang out in. Everything else seemed very new and updated.

Great Place - Family Room Furniture very Uncomfortable

Our only complaint is with the family room furniture, and the entertainment electronics. The sectional furniture was very uncomfortable, with metal bars everywhere. We couldn't find a comfortable place to sit. The recliner was in bad shape also. The entertainment system, with 4 remotes, was very difficult to control. We figured it out, but not very intuitive. Small complaints but for the money paid, I expected better furniture to relax in after a great day skiing.

Nice spot needing changes

Nice spot. Convenient. Smaller than the description. Double queen bunk beds are fine for kids, not adults, the sofa/ hidabed should be replaced ( I slept on the floor), the pots and pans have loose Teflon( known carcinogen), and should be replaced. Nice knives for food prep.

We had a couple of issues which were addressed and resolved immediately. The pictures make the place look bigger than it is - a little small for the 5 of us (3 adult size kids), but we made it work. Only wish is that there was a hot tub and outdoor seating. With little kids, it would've been perfect. Highly recommend Grandview Condo's C8.

Overall the property gets 4-5 stars except for the sofa and icy parking lot and stairs. I fractured by wrist on our first night and was not able to ski.

Great condo and great location. I don’t agree that this condo is a ski in/ski but there is a bus stop very close to the condo parking lot.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was in a convenient location (about 200 yards from 4 o'clock run), the condo was well furnished with all the extras, property manager responsive. Only down fall was, we were unable to get early/late checkout. However, we went during peak season so it's understandable.

Excellent place

Condo is very nice and very clean. Kitchen was well stock in terms of kitchenware, dishes, etc. location was very close to slope. Though we never did figure out how it was ski in/out. Highly recommend this condo for your visit.

The condo was not cleaned.

When we checked into the condo, we discovered that it was not cleaned from the previous occupants. There were sheets and towels laying on the floor and it looks like they had started to clean it and then stopped. It was a mess! We tried to find other accommodations for the night, but that wasn’t possible. We called the manager and his wife brought us clean towels and sheets to get us through the night. He scheduled the cleaners to come the next day. We made our beds and tried to clean it up a bit, but during these days of COVID, we were extremely disappointed and concerned about our health. When they did clean the place, they didn’t leave any soap or shampoo so we had to get that ourselves. The manager said he would refund part of stay but that hasn’t happened yet. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service.
