PLEASE NOTE: July and August have a 14 night minimum with a Friday turnover. Other months have a 3 night minimum.

Lower Level:
Laundry area with built in washer/dryer.
King bedroom including a daybed and trundle, with an adjacent bath that has a tub/shower.
Family room with egress stair that leads to the patio and fire pit.

Patio area with a grill, dining table, fire pit, and outdoor shower

Rental Agreement and Payment:
Signed rental agreement and copy of ID are required
50% deposit due at booking, 50% due 90 days ahead of check-in
Refundable Damage Deposit: $4,000
State and Local taxes (11.7%) are added to the rental price

Rental Terms: Friday to Friday rental period for July and August with a 14 night minimum. All other times of year there is a 3 night minimum with a flexible turnover day.
