This beautiful 4-bedroom villa is perfectly located and has room for up to 8 guests.

With lots to enjoy in close proximity, you will be able to enjoy a relaxing and stress-free vacation. The villa is also located centrally to reach attractions and have time to return for a nice dinner and some relaxation on the pool deck.

Our fully air-conditioned house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private pool and a games room (in the garage).
We also offer 2 bikes which are available for complimentary use. 

The master bedroom welcomes you with a nice king size bed and ensuite bathroom, so you have enough space to get some good night rest.
The second master bedroom hosts a queen size bed, perfect for either a single use with enough space or a couple. This bedrooom has it's own bathroom.
The other 2 rooms are equipped with 2 twin size beds respectively and share the 3rd bathroom.

The master bed room offers a safe which may be used free of charge (a deposit of $500 USD applies).

All bathrooms have hair driers available. 

In our kitchen you will find everything you need: dishes, utensils, cups, pots, pans, and a crockpot.

The oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink have been replaced and adjusted to new standards. 

All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and flatscreen Smart TVs with Roku. Disney+ and Paramount+ are available complimentary, you can also use your own apps. 

The pool deck is screened to protect it from bugs, and it offers a roofed seating area.

Pool heating and propane for the BBQ are available for an additional charge.

The deck also offers a complimentary grill which may be used by our guests for a carefree barbecue after an exhausting vacation day.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

Unser vollklimatisiertes Haus besteht aus vier Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern.

Ein privater Pool sowie ein Gameroom – dieser befindet sich in der Garage – runden den perfekten Urlaub ab. Außerdem haben wir zwei Fahrräder, welche kostenfrei genutzt werden können.

Das Master Schlafzimmer heißt Sie mit einem großen King Size Bett willkommen (2m), welches genug Platz für einen erholsamen Schlaf bietet.
Das zweite Master Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Queen Size Bett ausgestattet (1.5m), mit genug Platz ist dieses perfekt für eine Person oder ein Paar.
Die anderen beiden Zimmer sind jeweils mit 2 Twin Size Betten ausgestattet (1m).
 
Im Master Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Safe, welcher kostenfrei (eine Kaution von $500USD ist fällig) genutzt werden kann.

Alle Badezimmer sind mit einem Föhn ausgestattet.

In unserer Küche finden Sie alles was Sie brauchen: Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe und einen Crockpot.
Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine sind erneuert worden und auch die Spüle haben wir dem neuen Standard angepasst.
Alle Räume verfügen über Deckenventilatoren und Flachbildfernseher.

Der Poolbereich ist mit einem Mückenschutz versehen und bietet einen überdachten Sitzbereich.

Die Poolheizung kann gegen eine Gebühr dazu gebucht werden.

Hier steht unseren Gästen auch kostenfrei ein Grill zur Verfügung für ein unbeschwertes BBQ nach einem anstrengenden Urlaubstag.
