Cosy holiday home in Zeeland Village Park in Scharendijke for rent.

The detached, fenced house is located in a cul de sac and is very quiet. On the two terraces of the house you can spend the day soaking up the sun.

The house, with its 95 square meters space for 4-6 persons.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two beds, one of which is a bunk bed.
On the same floor is a large bright bathroom with tub and toilet.
The second bathroom is located downstairs. In this bathroom is the sauna with space for 2 people and a shower. Additionally, there is a newly renovated guest toilet on the ground floor.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room with dining area and kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction hob, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. A large refrigerator with freezer, a highchair, a cart and a washing machine are also available.

The large bed in the lounge invites you to linger for a nice day at the beach. There are books for our guests, a music system and DVDs that can be watched on the large flat screen TV. Of course Dutch and German television programs. Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel is also available free of charge.

Next to the park there is a supermarket. In the park there is a small indoor pool and a tennis court (surcharge), and some small playgrounds. Bicycles can be rent in the main building of the park or in the adjacent site.

The holiday park is located just 300 meters from Grevelingenmeer and marina of Scharendijke. Distance from the house to the North Sea beach are 2. 5 km, which can be easily covered on foot or by bicycle through the harbor of Scharendijke and along the dike.
By car you can park for free at Browersdam and enjoy the kilometer-long North Sea beach.


Things to Do in the vicinity:
The Grevelingenmeer is by its clear water, a popular dive site and windsurfers put it on.
At the North Sea beach you can kite surfing, beach-buggy or fly kites.
In Renesse there is a horse farm, where you can rent horses or insinuate his own horse.
The very close town Browershaven is very charming and has in the center a small harbor.
The nearest large town of Zierikzee is only 15 kilometers away. The most famous and widely visible towards building is the cathedral tower, there is in the city's many old houses from the 16/17 century.

Arrival and departure days are Friday and Monday respectively, by appointment other days are possible.

The cost for final cleaning amounts to 50 € more 10 € per dog (in addition to the rental price).

(all prices are per person)

Deposit € 100, costs for final cleaning and possibly for bed linen have to be paid on arrival on site in cash.
The deposit will be refunded upon return of the keys on departure.
