This is located in a great location, with easy access to beach and restaurants-nice condo and spacious balcony with great view. The host helped us get in and was friendly, but after that he was not accessible by phone and didn’t respond to messages on website. Also, there was loud construction happening in the room right next to us-banging, drilling, sawing. This was not disclosed to us when we rented the condo. I tried to get help from VRBO but the virtual chat was ineffective and they also didn’t answer the phone. I would likely rent again but would want to be clear about communication and expectations

Great location with quirks

This property is all about location. You are directly across from an amazing beach and safe swimming access for kids. Downtown Rincon is about a 5-10 min walk. The property felt safe and when we had a small issue with the lock, the property owner was phenomenal and sent someone immediately to help. The condo itself was ok. A few upgrades and amenities would make this an absolutely 5 star property. That being said, it grew on me and we really enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location!

So the good! Great location, close to everything, super easy check in and parking. Spacious. Cold AC. Some beach chairs. The bad. Bathrooms, specifically the showers were very dirty. The dryer is broken (doesn’t tumble) so all of our clothes smell like mildew. The kitchen sink is about to come off of the wall. Some beach towels would be a nice touch. Overall positive but this unit definitely needs some TLC and there is a bit of false advertising calling it “beach front”. It’s beach access. You need to cross a road to get there.

If you're looking for a place...

If you're looking for a place that is secure, close to the beach, and has a bed, this place will do.The grounds of the building are nice but the condo itself is NOT.First off, the property manager is non responsive so if you need something or have a question, please allow at least 48 hours for a response time...not exaggerating here.Second, the beds in the 2nd bedroom weren't made. We had to put the sheets and blankets on when we arrived at 10:00pm at night. The bathrooms are terrible. Dark, dingy, rusty, don't look clean, no counter space at all (again, not exaggerating). It takes three tries to get the toilets to flush and the bidet isn't functional. Neither fan in either bathroom worked. There isn't a hand towel or wash cloth in the place. In the two bedroom plus living room space, there is one end table with a lamp. If you wanted to read a book before bed or keep a glass of water handy, the floor will have to do. The freezer drips water into the fridge, there are exactly three dirty cups in the cabinet, plan to wash any dishes BEFORE you use them.One bedroom door locked our daughter in multiple times.The main door doesn't stay latched so plan on always using the deadbolt.No light cover on small balcony, just a bare lightbulb.Don't trust the pictures. That is not the furniture in that unit. And don't bother to contact VRBO because they will just give you the phone number to the non responsive property manager.Good luck and enjoy your time at the beach.

Our Rincon stay

This location was very utilitarian. The location is very good, right across the street from the beach and several eating places. It was clean, the balcony was nice and spacious. However, the actual apartment is in desperate need of updates. There is cable tv but there are no instructions on how to use it (this is a recurring issue in this place). There is wifi but there was no information on the name of the network or password. The main door handle feels flimsy. When you leave, you have to use the code and actually LOCK the unit, not jus enter the code, like my daughter wrongly thought. Instructions mentioned a key but, there was none. SO when we left on foot, had to use the main car date code to enter the property. There is a lot of rust on the bathroom faucets and the shower curtain was moldy. The door to the balcony is loud and gets stuck. The water backs up un sinks and showers. Make sure you bring soap, shampoo and trash bags, as there were none. Communication with the host left a lot to be desired as they either took a long time or never answered.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Overall the Condo is in a perfect location. Sunrise and sunset views. Walking distance to beach, restaurants & town square with plenty of stores. In need of a few updates eg: bathrooms needs clothes hooks, brighter lights for shaving etc. & storage shelves for toiletries .

As the other reviews I would agree with them. Location is great for beaches and walking distance to restaurants. We would go back there

Spacious condo, across the beach.

Spacious condo for a family with easy walking distance to downtown Rincón, restaurant and bars, and right on the beach, quiet and safe area. I will book it again if available in my next trip

Great Location

This unit is central to all and a short walk to rincon central. Also a short drive to all. I would recommend this unit because parking and pool were large pluses. The TV did not work the first day there and had to call management company. We had a translation issue, so waited for someone to come to help with TV connection. Overall it could use some TLC in the unit. The bathroom mats were in need of replacement and towels too. The outdoor furniture was old and like sitting in a hole- didnt use much. Gave this unit a higher rating because location is great, otherwise a definetely a **.

Nothing more perfect, a wonderful and invigorating view of the beach and being able to enjoy it in a few seconds. Nice pool, beach gate, off street parking and convenient elevator. The location, few minutes from the town allows you to walk and celebrate without thinking about driving back. The water and electricity back up system will ensure your pleasant stay.
