The luxury two-bedroom suites at Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas feature two master bedrooms with one king-size bed in each to offer the perfect amount of privacy and comfort. In addition, the Two Bedroom Suite has a sofa in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and 3 full bathrooms. A private terrace offers additional space for relaxing during the day and stargazing at night.

REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

PLEASE NOTE: Photos are "representative" and "typical". Each available unit will be slightly different in location/view/orientation

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.

We loved staying here. It was great for my kids. They loved the pool and close access to the beach. The staff was very helpful when needed. The restaurant food was great. It was a short drive to drive downtown to some local restaurants.

Villa Del Palmar

Excellent location , beautiful beach and property. We loved hanging out on the large deck overlooking the sea and the hot tub was put to good use. The food at the resort was great. The Taco Bar had amazing tuna sashimi, sushi and shrimp tacos, and the wood fired pizzas poolside were also great. The staff at the resort were also amazing! I would say bring cash to tip your servers as the resort only accounts for 10 percent gratuity and their staff truly works hard to make your vacation.

We had a very nice time

Check in process was painful. Once our room was ready, we waited about 2hrs for our bags, which meant someone had to wait in the room for the bag delivery. Would have been easier to take our bags ourselves. The listing also said "Ocean View Room" and it kind of was, if you stood in just the right place on the balcony and looked out the alley between the neighboring Villa La Estancia property. I think that was more the fault of the property, putting us in a room they selected and not VRBO or the owner. Reservations for restaurants on the property was painful... would recommend you make reservations before arriving because if you try once you arrive, you'll be a couple of days behind the process. We tried to eat at a couple of places and were either scolded like children or just turned away completely. Having the all-inclusive option and having to eat off property isn't ideal. They had also implemented several new policies at the start of the year, but their documents weren't updated to accurately reflect the changes. After figuring out all the weird rules and policies in the first 2 or 3 days, we were able to enjoy the property and had great service by the pool, especially Andres. Food and drinks were tasty and once we were able to be seated for dinners, service was good. We were able to make a reservation for Neptune at Villa del Arco and had a great dinner. Would recommend that if you can get a seating near sunset. All in all, we had a nice time, but struggled with some of the policies and inconsistencies early in our stay.
