Welcome to your beach front vacation home in Cabo.....

This condo is located at Terrasol Beach Resort on Solmar beach, one of Cabos favourite places to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
With lots of beautiful upgrades, this condo is guaranteed to check off all of your vacation needs. It has two bedrooms each with a King size bed in the Master and a queen in the second bedroom, smart TV and plenty of closet space. All TV's have internet programing with thousands of channels ..... there are 2 bathrooms, as well as 2 large open decks with breathtaking ocean views.

The main living area is wide open, a great place for entertaining couples or small families. The space includes a large sectional couch, smart TV with Internet programing. Next to that there is a spacious dining area with room for 6 people.

The kitchen is open concept and has everything you may need.... and more.
New Refrigerator, with ice and water dispenser.
New full size electric stove with oven.
New Microwave.
New Dishwasher.
Granite countertops with plenty of space, as well as a mobile island.
It comes well equiped with pots and pans, place settings, cutlery, glasses and some basic spices for cooking.

The two patios have plenty of seating where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.... the views will provide endless sightseeing experiences. There are plenty of cruise ships that pass by as well as whales breaching.

This unit is a Non Smoking unit.... there is no smoking allowed inside the condo or on the outside deck.

All renters are subject to a Nightly Fee and a Cleaning Fee at the end of your stay. Payable to Terrasol.
1-2 people $19.50/night
3-4 people $24.50/night
Cleaning fee of $35.00
All payable directly to Terrasol.

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... During storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

Our view of the ocean was perfect! We could see it from the bedroom and the living room. We watched whales from the balcony and that was amazing! The living area had a whole wall of glass so there was plenty of light and there were shades so you had privacy at night. The apartment was very comfortable and I have never rented a place as well stocked as this one. You had everything you need from paper plates to beach towels to packaged make up remover wipes. The complex is small and low key and the units are close to each other so you can hear and see other people on nearby balconies. At least this was the case in the units surrounding the pool. The complex has 2 pools and a palapa where you can get food and drinks until 5:00 PM each day. The staff were very kind and the grounds were well taken care of. You are about a 10 minute walk to the marina and there is a guard at the gate.

Well furnished oceanfront condo with great views of ocean, pool and Mount Solmar. Just steps from both pools and the restaurant. Newer high end appliances. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, flatware and sundry items. Was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen or on the balcony grill and just enjoy being there. In December and January you get to experience both sunrises and sunsets over the water on this safe, quiet and secluded beach. Short walk to Marina area for shopping or dining. Terrasol community has very beautiful architecture and staff are welcoming and very helpful! One of the best stays I have ever had!

Amazing beachside Cabo condo

Truly amazing location, beachfront with pristine sunrise views and walks up and down the beach from our door. Easy walk to the marina, on site pools were fantastic. The rental manager, Brad, took care of arranging airport transportation including a food shopping stop on the way to the condo which set us up for the whole trip. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer!

On the beach

Totally remodeled two bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor condo nothing but beach between you and the ocean. Great communication easy check-in ample parking, 2 swimming pools, snack bar, new washer and dryer, fully stocked. Love it and highly recommend.

Great location on the beach

This property is right on the sand on Solmar Beach. We have been annual visitors to Cabo for several years and always wondered about staying at Terrasol. Well we finally did it and it was really great. We'll be back next year.

Loved every minute!

We stayed a week at this amazing property. Everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Dealing with Brad was very easy and he was very responsive to any request we had. The views from this condo were amazing. We fixed meals in and ate out. Great location - walkable to the marina area. Can’t say enough good about the location! The vibe at this place is very relaxed. Definitely not a party atmosphere, which is exactly what we were looking for. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

Nothing between you and the ocean except sand. Left the windows open at night to hear the waves crash against the beach(waves were huge). There was everything you could need in this modern recently remodeled unit. Short walk to the marina and town, return to your own private beach. We will be back.

Fabulous condo with everything you can think of!

We loved staying at Terrasol. It is a beautiful condo with epic ocean front views, 2 balconies and 2 pools. The condo is well accommodated and really nothing is left out! Anything you need for your stay is there. The appliances are high end and the decor is tasteful. It’s about 8-10 min walk from Terrasol to the marina, but lots of hills on the way home. Highly recommend!

Property was exactly as described. Everything was there that we needed. Location on beach front was perfect. Made a reservation through VRBO for a future stay & reservation was confirmed. Unfortunately, we were contacted by the property manager by phone & told to cancel our reservation because he had not updated the rental prices. Although we were disappointed, we canceled the reservation. May consider renting this property again due to location.

Perfect location with gorgeous view!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The view was gorgeous from the condo and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The pool was right outside the condo and it was wonderful having the swim up bar and restaurant right there. Condo was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. We highly recommend fishing and having Solomon’s cook your catch and the once in a lifetime experience (for us atleast) of Rosa Negra!! We’ll be back in January when it’s cooler.

Beach view

We had an awesome stay at the terrasol nice and quite place. The ocean view was beautiful and the food and drinks at the swim up bar were great and good pricing. Only down fall was how hot it was there but the room has an amazing ac kept the room nice n cold and the walk to and from the marina was uphill was a struggle with lil ones. Overall had a great time would stay at terrasol again

All boxes were checked!

We came to Cabo this time to relax and therefore chose a smaller resort. Terrasol was exactly what we were looking for. Our unit we chose was thr closest to thr beach with no one in front of us. The sound of the waves crashing put us to sleep every night. The owners assistant helped booked our restaurant and massage reservations prior to arrival. The menu for drinks and food was $4-9!! Can’t get that anywhere! Great service to go along with it too!! Dora was so nice. She remembered what we wanted to drink every day. Thr only negative was the beach chairs needed to be replaced. There were only 4 on thr sand and 2 of them had broken straps. The pool chairs were pretty soiled with peoples tanning lotion. Others than that we can’t complain. So if you are looking for peace and quiet Terrasol should be your choice. The marina was close but not the safest feeling at the entrance closest to the resort. We would just take a taxi to the other side of thr marina. Will book again!

Amazing Condo and Location

This condo has everything needed for a relaxing, great all around experience. Fully stocked with all the supplies needed for a sunny vacation. Clean, comfortable, and incredible views of the Pacific. The restaurant by the pool has great breakfast and lunch options as well. Friendly staff and we’ll definitely be coming back to stay in this unit. Highly recommend!!

Great location on the ocean

Friendly and attentive Staff, clean and well kept grounds, quiet, watch whales and sunsets from the patio, cool ocean breeze, close to the Marina, Restaurants and shopping. In summary, the Staff (Front Desk, Grounds Keepers, Maids and Security Guards) work hard to make this Resort feel like Paradise.

Very nice accommodation and oocation

It was all we expected. I think the best beach, although not for swimming it’s clean, peaceful, beautiful waves and no crowds. The pool right outside the condo had restaurant for breakfast and lunch or just drinks by the pool. All great!!

Terrasol beach resort is a one of a kind vacation spot. It's located on the Pacific side with some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets..... for a few months this is one of very few places you can watch the sun rise and set into the ocean.
During the day you can enjoy one of the two pools or take a stroll into Cabo or walk the marina, both are less than a 10 min walk from the resort. Once you're downtown there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shopping. Something for every vacation, come and see for yourself.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

When you arrive at the condo you will be in awe of its location, the views are amazing.... not to mention its just steps from the beach. You can watch whales, sea turtles, cruise ships and plenty of blue skies..... only 15 days of rain here, so you're chances of enjoying the sun is almost guaranteed.
The condo so so perfectly laid out for couples and small families. There are a couple of deck to choose from as well as the pool that is also steps away.
