- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of three adults, and it was hard to find a place that has two queen beds. Waikiki Banyan was perfect for us! The beds were very comfortable, and there is a very nice kitchen. The best part was the view from the lanai. Free parking was nice, and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer on the same floor ($4 each, a bit expensive, but it was convenient.) Beach chairs and bodyboards were nice to have. Overall, the place was very clean and comfortable. We'd stay here again!

Very clean. Great location! Lots of towels. Beds comfy. Quiet. Needs more places to sit - more chairs. Barstools pretty but not real comfy. Bathroom is small.

BOOK PROPERTY!!

Exactly as pictured!! Great location, would stay at again! Don’t hesitate, just book the rental :) Coffee shop in the lobby area and a little mini market where we purchased laundry detergent. Parking is a huge plus, able to find parking. Very easy simple instructions! Overall great set up, location, property!!

The condo was clean and well kept with the necessities with needed. Air-condition was a plus! Only issue we had was the time spent on withing for elevator going up to 16th fl and down. We had to let go of several elevators that were full. So we decided to take the stairs down in few occasions. Other than this issue, everything was great!

Good value and good location

We’ve stayed at this location previously so we knew what to expect and we were disappointed. Yes, the price has gone up since our last stay but that was to be expected. The renovated unit was modern and very clean. The appliances were all new and geared towards family usage. Location was also ideal with only 15 minute leisurely walk to the International Market and 10 minutes to Marugame Udon restaurant. The location afforded close proximity to all that the Waikiki area could offer but far away enough from the hustle and bustle. If there was one negative, it was the slow speed of elevators. One was out of order and there were many times where we had to wait a very long time. Overall a good experience and would recommend for a family stay.

Quick trip to Oahu (3 nights)

The condo was comfortable and everything in working order. We had a bit of challenge with cable TV but were in the room so little that it didn't affect our stay. Beds (even the sofa bed) very comfortable. Condo was clean and centrally located to beach, restaurants, shopping, and maneuvering in/out of Waikiki was a breeze. We discovered the coffee house in lobby on the last day but didn't have opportunity to experience. Thank you for a nice visit, and I would definitely re-book for a future trip.

Small but clean place with AC

Overall experience good. Place was comfortable and clean with AC. A bit small, but we’re only there to sleep so it really wasn’t an issue. The bathroom sink drains slow though so housekeeping needs to use drano to clear it up. Only complaint we had, though very small, was laundry detergent was not provided. There was dish detergent, but none for laundry, so we had to purchase some at the front desk.

Loved that beach chairs and umbrella are provided and other things like all essential kitchen items. Very clean and comfortable space for a family of 4, 3 adults and a teenager. A lot of room for parking and it comes included, which really drew me to this place. We go to Oahu once every 5 years and the next time, we will definitely be looking to stay here again. Mahalo :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many banyan condos and this was one of the nicest. I liked the ceiling fans and the air conditioner worked great! My only comment would be there was no blanket for the person on the pullout. There were sheets but no blanket so it was cold at night with the ac. Elevators can be a bit slow and full but it wouldn’t deter me from staying here. Just be aware.

Great property

Really enjoyed my stay here with my family. Check in and check out process was easy. Property was clean and newly renovated. Free parking was very nice. Short walk to the beach, shopping, and food. The only downside to my stay is the elevators in Tower 2 were very slow. Especially between 3-4pm when it was check in time for the other condos. There may be a line in the lobby to catch a elevator. Other then that I would highly recommend this property.

The beds were very comfortable. One of the reasons we like the Banyan properties is the inclusion of a parking pass. The property management company was excellent, and they provided clear instructions regarding arrival and moveout. The kitchen could benefit from a few more plates, bowls, cups, and mixing bowls etc. A small chest-of-drawers in the bedroom would be useful addition.Recommend this property.

Very pleasant stay. Condo was exactly as what was in pictures. Had no issues. Location was great, few mins walk from beach and all the attractions but far enough in quite location. Garage parking was a very big plus. Would definitely stay again.
