With so much comfort packed in a cozy studio, this Breckenridge getaway is just the place for a couples' getaway or small family vacation to fresh powder and unlimited mountain adventures. When you step inside, you will be greeted by natural light pouring through expansive windows and mountain-themed decor that will allow everyone to slip into the mindset of the Rocky Mountains in no time. Winter days will obviously be spent on the slopes, yet this gem is perfect for year-round visitors with a shared pool and hot tub right outside. When everyone has worked up an appetite, the full kitchen is equipped with all of the major appliances and utensils needed to whip up your favorite recipes. Finish each day out on the private balcony with a favorite cocktail and doze off each night as a movie streams on the flatscreen TV!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location, great view of mountains, one block walk to gondola, tons of great resturants and shopping within 2 minute walk. The covered parking was a huge bonus. The studio appartment is cute, rustic, and clean. Great value!!! Really every thing you could want for a ski trip or quick getaway. We would definetly re-book for future snowboarding trips to the area.

Very nice studio in excellent location

Very relaxing, convenient property to main street Breck. A short block away to the main shopping and restaurant areas plus the great Tiki bar restaurant right in the building. We would certainly stay again.

Great location!

This was a wonderful location!! So close to everything Breck has to offer. We were pleased with how well kept the unit was and also enjoyed opening the windows and listening to the River. We would 10/10 stay here again!

Great location with all the amenities.

The workout area, hot tubs and pool were a great bonus. The unit was fully furnished with all kitchen and bath amenities. I appreciate that there were enough clean towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. to last us throughout our stay without having to purchase these items. The unit was extremely clean and is in a wonderful location with a great view overlooking the creek. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just enjoying the view.

We love the location of this property! It is small, but nice BUT without an open closet we had nowhere to hang clothes! Also, we didn’t lose our key cards, but 50 to replace one card seems expensive.

Perfect location, central to everything, only 1 block from Gondola and free bus ride stop outside the lobby door, can ski down to lobby on 4'oclock run, loved having access to steam room, sauna, and hot tub. Loved the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.

Overall for the cost it is good. However we discovered several maintenance items within the first hour of our stay. Hopefully they will get addressed. It is close to the town and has a great creek just off the back porch, it is very relaxing. We went on a slow/off season weekend so not much foot traffic behind us. On a busy weekend that might be a different story.

Great studio, best location!

We have stayed at a lot of places in Breckenridge and we really loved this unit. It’s a studio right on the river. The sound of the river was really peaceful. We were worried about being warm with no a/c but it cooled off nicely at night. Such a quick, nice little walk along the river to get to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Cozy Space for Two

This space was very cozy for two people, and very clean upon arrival. Check in was a smooth process, a few minutes away from the building. We accidentally locked our key in the room after 10pm and someone came to the building with a key in a matter of minutes! This was a perfect space for watching the snow fall, and the stream right outside our deck was very relaxing. I’d stay here again!

Just perfect

Property is clean & perfect. To find Main Street station was a mess. This seems to be a regular thing. Vaca da needs to change address instructions.

Delena, thank you for sharing your positive experience with us! We're so pleased our home was perfect for your stay. That said, we apologize for any issue you had finding the Vacasa Main St. office. Our local manager noted that they can't change the address instructions as they are specific to locating the building but there is a sign out front next to the street for ease of locating it. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.
