The Peninsula is one of the most luxurious condominium complexes in all of Puerto Vallarta. Right on the beach. business/computer center, stunning lobby and huge infinity pool. The complex is surrounded by reflection pools giving it the illusion of being on its own island and is monitored with 24 hour security. Centrally located, the Peninsula is right on the beach, and a short walk to the Peninsula Shopping Center, La Isla Mall, restaurants and grocery stores. It is a short drive to downtown/Old Town, golf, airport, marina, more restaurants, bars, beaches and the Malecon.

On the 19th floor of this beautiful complex is home to the condominium that has been professionally decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and amenities. The dining area seats 8 comfortably. There are 4 TV's, 3 flat-screens in bedrooms, 1 in living room, cable tv in all of them with more than 100 channels . DVD player , sound system, high speed wireless internet and a full-size washer/dryer in the unit. Aircondition in all rooms and living area.
You can call for a massage and have a massage in the unit. They bring the massage bed upstairs
You have all the comforts of home to make your vacation all the more enjoyable.

The unit has 2 large balconies, one off of the bedrooms with view of the mountains and other off of the living/dining area with spectacular view of ocean where you can enjoy your breakfast or lie out in the lounge chairs.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms this spacious, contemporary beauty sleeps 6-8 comfortably.

On the river side is a beach club called Chicabal they open on weekends from 2-9pm. There is loud music.if interested you can get a discount just say you are staying in peninsula. At 9pm they have beautiful fireworks for 2 minutes.

Great stay.

Our suite was very spacious with our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed. The view was incredible and the poolside food service was a nice bonus. Our only disappointment was that the master bed had a divot on one side that challenged our backs at night. It’s probably due for replacement. All the other beds were fine.

Great location for a relaxing family trip!

The appt. has everything you need. There are many restaurants, pharmacies, a grocery store close by. The snack bar that delivers to the pool area has really good food and drinks! The gym is well equipped and accessible. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful residence

We were very happy this rental. Check in was great. Staff was very friendly. Some of the surrounding noise was a minor inconvenience. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed at the Peninsula towers a few times. This particular unit was wonderful. The views are outstanding. Whale sightings everyday. Close to restaurants as well as downtown is just a quick cab ride.We had a couple small questions/issues and Patricia handled everything right away. She is fabulous to have available if you have any problems.

Fabulous experience - Flying with the birds!

One of the most memorable experiences I have had. At first we all kind of feared being on the deck - and I am comfortable saying that we all soon loved being on it.. It is a very comfortable place to stay, expansive living room/kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms we all loved the experience! Highly recommend it.

Outstanding

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Check in was extremely easy and the caretaker is wonderful to deal with. The building is beautiful, and the apartment is fantastic. The only issue is the noise from the day club next door. Friday through Sunday the music starts at 3:00 pm and goes until sometimes 9:00 pm and the music is extremely loud. I would absolutely rent again.

Fun in the Sun

The condo is very nice and in a convenient location to most amenities. Although we have stayed in old town the past few times we were in PV, we are glad we chose the Penninsula away from the crowds and noise. Old town and the Malecon area has become way to busy when we were looking to relax during our stay. The pool at the Penninsula is fantastic and the beach is wonderful although it is not for swimming. Security on the property as well as in tower 3 may seem a bit of overkill but after being there a few days it was much appreciated.

Beautiful Panoramic view

This property is so impressive. The views, amenities and location are wonderful. The space is massive and comfortable. It allowed us to have a truly relaxing vacation. The staff at the Peninsula was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking to many places and rode the bus to the Malecon. We would love to return again. The only negative is the very, very loud music from the open air club next to the condo on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. But this is not the fault of the Peninsula and we worked around it. Overall, it's a great place to be.

Wonderful property! Perfect for a family

We visited the property in January of 2018 with our five teen-aged children. The property exceeded expectations. The view is amazing. The grocery store is within walking distance, with Costco only about a 10 minute cab ride away. It would have been nice to know we could use the paddleboards and kayaks when we arrived. We asked the first day and the lobby staff told us they were not available for our use. The day before we left, we were informed we would have been able to use them. Also, the large plates do not fit in the dishwasher, which meant we had to hand-wash. Overall, we loved the place and would visit again!

It is an amazing property well maintained both outside and inside. Condo is well kept and care for.

Peninsula is in a great location and comes with a lot to do in the area. We are next to a brand new shopping mall with Starbucks down by the entry to condo. Walmart close by as well as grocery stores. Can't say enough about the staff, they are most helpful with everything u might need or ask of them. Condo was impressive and well furnished. Swimming pool and beach area are kept clean and enough chair for all to enjoy. This is not are first stay here, we have been coming back for a number of years and staying in various condos in tower 3. We have stayed in this unit several times. The property manager is just a call away should u need anything. Also there is plenty of dining in the area and the Marina has close to 30 eating spot as well as town. Kathy

Beautiful Condo! Great stay!

This condo is beautiful. We had a view of the beautiful sunset from our patio every evening. The place was very spacious and well appointed. We had a couple of issues with things, but Patty the property manager was very responsive and things were addressed the same day. She also arranged our Dolphin Encounter for us and got us a nice discount. We had great communication with Nina. She responded immediately to texts. The staff and security were unbelievable. We felt extremely safe the entire time we were there. There is a beautiful outdoor mall very close to the condo, along with a Starbucks. The workout facility was also great! The place had everything we needed! We will for sure be coming back and hope to be able to stay in the same unit. Thank you Nina and Patty for a fantastic stay!

This is by far the most luxurious condo I have ever rented, in any country. Fully equipped kitchen lacking nothing (water cooler, coffee maker, toaster, nice dishes, plenty of pots & pans, etc). Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Amazing views from the balconies on both sides. The largest swimming pool complex I've seen, with plenty of chairs at all times of the day and a small bar with limited food service. The best beach I've stayed at in PV--clean, sandy, not crowded, plenty of shaded seating, and if you want water activities these are just down the beach in front of the neighboring hotel. Excellent security in the complex and the area seems quite safe anyway. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Easy communications with Nina, Patricia, and the condo front desk. It was Thanksgiving break but the amenities were never crowded--definitely the nicest place I've stayed at in 4 trips to PV. The highlight of our stay was watching baby turtles hatch, and helping release some to the sea! The only downside is the noise from the club next door, but this is only on weekends, and only until 9 pm. On other days it's very quiet and relaxing both inside the condo and at the pool/beach, and it's quiet every night. We hope to stay here on all future trips to PV!

La vue est incroyable, c’est encore plus beau que sur photo. Très grand appartement, propre, bien équipé, matelas confortables, air climatisé performant dans chaque pièce. La piscine est magnifique, plusieurs restos, épiceries et arrêt d’autobus à proximité. Propriétaire et manager accessibles et déterminées à rendre notre séjour agréable. Personnel du Peninsula accueillant. Un seul bémol, la musique du dancing club situé à proximité, les vendredis, samedis et dimanche (15 à 21 hres) qui vient briser la zénitude pour l’ensemble des résidents de la tour 3. Nous reviendrons assurément.

Peninsula condos is a 5-star property and very well maintained. Beautiful complex, comfortable and pleasant. Great location. Starbucks, Porfirio’s, shopping mall and grocery store are within walking distance. Staff is always really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed use of all amenities: spa, gym, pools, pool bar. Our stay was great! No issues, as it should be expected when you’re on vacation. Both owner and property manager were very nice, responsive and accommodating. Thank you Nina and Paty!

Excellent property

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two full size beds side by side. The third bedroom has two small size twin beds side by side. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is nicely furnished with cooking essentials. Building security is excellent. The neighborhood was pleasant.
