It was a great property with a beautiful back yard and deck. Very cozy and comfortable! Very responsive and helpful communication! Great location! Highly recommend it!

This property was clean, well taken care of, and easily able to accommodate six people comfortably. Everything was as advertised in the ad and everything was well taken care of. The spot was perfect for all the downtown events and being close to iron Mountain Hot Springs. Great recommendations for food and other local hotspots. The host was quick and replying and helpful when we had any issues that arose.

Location was great! Just a 2-minute walk to the White Water rafting outfitter we used. Very comfortable house - 2 levels for our party of 6 adult friends, Sitting out on balcony was so relaxing.

Perfect spot for a weekend trip with friends and family

This was a great spot to hang out for a weekend. We skied at Aspen and enjoyed the hot tub and large TV in the house on the evenings. Would book this property again!

Great location and fully stocked

We had a moms weekend here and could not have been more comfortable. A couple minutes to town, comfortable seating area and a really well stocked kitchen. We had an amazing time.

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and lived up to the listing. The location was super convenient. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The deck was AMAZING!

Nice location and views. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill. The house itself was clean minus a few dead bugs. However, the neighborhood is not as nice as I expected it would be for what we paid (un-groomed yards with junk, broken down looking cars, etc). Also if you want a quiet place at night this place is not ideal. The road right next to the house was busy and had loud traffic very late into the night. There would randomly be cars racing, back firing, and revving their engines that would wake us all up. The lights from these cars blast right through the blinds into the master bedroom in the basement. Also the upstairs shower is a little run down.

Great spot!

I travelled to Glenwood Springs with out of town guests. This is a great spot, particularly for price and space if you want folks to have their own rooms. Would recommend!

Everything was great. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. And we cooked a lot! Plenty of towels for showers, for the hot tub and to take to the hot springs. Extra bedding for every bed which was great. We had teens who wanted to sleep on the couches. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. We appreciated the extra fridge in the garage. The house was just a bit smaller than it seemed in the photos, but I liked that. We were an intergenerational family gathering and it was nice to stay close, have intimate conversations, and not have folks "rattle around" in an oversized house. We took a couple folding chairs so we could sit around the couch and play games. Loved it!!!!! Thank you!!

Spacious & Spotless Home

This house was large, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the large back patio and large living room. It was a great space to catch up with friends while in town for a wedding.
