Welcome to Nirvana Mountain rental at Sundance, Utah. This stylish chalet is located 0.4 miles from Sundance Mountain Resort. Unique features include: stunning mountain views, rainfall/steam shower, theatre room, and charming children's playhouse. This destination rental is located on seven acres, featuring extras such as: pickleball/basketball court, 0.5-mile gorgeous hiking trail, outside dining, large yard, and a wood-fired brick oven (additional cost). Private gated entrance. Only 15 minutes from Provo/Orem. Only 15 minutes from Deer Creek Reservoir, where you can rent jet skis, boats, paddle boards, and kayaks.

Stay: Rustic Modern Chalet on Seven Acres ā€” has an amazing kitchen, spa shower with full steam, and 24-inch rain shower, and the bedrooms are so comfortable. Megan Batoon, NetFlix Host of World's Most Amazing Vacation Rentals, said: "I can't say enough good things about this experience. The house and amenities were immaculate - the kitchen spacious, with gigantic picture windows that let in light and nature while you're cooking. Fully stocked with spices and the double sinks allow multiple guests to co-cook together. I felt like a little kid in ultimate luxury, walking down the trail to the spring river for a quiet morning meditation, jumping on the trampoline in between ziplining and watching movies in the theatre room with state-of-the-art surround sound. Staying here is truly like staying in an idyllic summer camp. One minute away from Sundance (I recommend Foundry Grill- incredible food for dinner) and the steam shower will live rent-free in my mind forever until I have one installed in my own house. We came for an artistic retreat and to get reinspired, and that's exactly what happened. Reading by the hot tub, writing on the outdoor table, and taking archery breaks before diving back into our creative work was as refreshing as the verdant landscape surrounding this oasis. ... This new Chalet offers three king-size beds, one queen murphy bed in the game room, luxury linens, bathrooms with spa-like showers, kitchen, coffee and tea, living room, covered deck, picnic area, 85" Samsung QLED TV with surround sound with NetFlix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu. Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 BBQ Grill.

Three additional twin 6" memory foam mattresses are stored in the front closet, two children's memory foam mattresses, and two portable cribs. We had the most amazing time on our trip up from Texas! The hosts were amazing and the property was even more amazing! My kids never got bored for even a moment. 60th Anniversary Dinner & Stay of Dreams

Property is even more magic in person. Sleep with the sounds of the river running down the cabin, luxury showers, hiking, pickleball, hot tub, swings, grass and more. You wonā€™t be disappointed staying here. Kitchen is better stocked than my home kitchen. Giant tables and gathering spaces. Lunched at Sundance 30 seconds away. Weā€™ve stayed here twice and will stay again!

Perfect family getaway

Beatiful, clean canyon home with something for all ages. My granddaughters were delighted with the playhouse that was just their size. And the older kids and adults loved the zip line, pickleball court, grassy field, and hiking trail. Plenty of space to cook big meals and eat all together. The hosts were gracious, available, and thought of everything for a pleasant stay. We canā€™t wait to come back!

Hands down best rental weā€™ve ever stayed in. They had everything and more. We felt so relaxed, beds were so comfortable and room for everyone! My daughter was obsessed with the play house downstairs, and we enjoyed the hot tub and steam shower. We will be back for sure!

One-of-a-kind five-star experience

We truly did not want to leave. From the start as you drive through the private, gated entry to the house itself, you feel as if youā€™ve arrived home in a modern and relaxed mountain hideout. The layout of the rooms, design of the space and the furnishings are both comfortable, immaculately clean and tasteful. The host is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The property is setup with a variety of outdoor games that are all ready to go when you arrive. Highly recommended for families.

Stunning Chalet with plenty of activities

We spent our anniversary at the Chalet and invited a few family members to join us. We enjoyed the property with the activities available, such as archery, frisbee golf, basketball and our favorite pickleball. We played hours of pickleball in the mountains enjoyed their BBQ grill, hot tub and played board games. Sundance is half a mile away and by recommendation, we went to Sunday brunch at the Foundry Grill which was epic. The Chalet itself is gorgeous with impressive, high end amenities, high ceilings, wonderful bathrooms. We will be back.

Bluebird Concert Family Weekend

My husband and I reserved this house with our 2 20-something sons' and their girlfriends. We attended the Sundance Bluebird Cafe concert on Saturday night and expected to return to Sundance on Sunday but we never left the property! We played pickleball, the boys played basketball and we did some target shooting. We BBQ'd on Sunday night and enjoyed the hot tub. We had such a great time. I loved that the kitchen was stocked with all the basics, i.e. olive oil, herbs. We will come again!

A picture perfect stay!

Our group had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at the Chalet. David was a terrific and attentive host and helped make us feel comfortable and showed us all the terrific features of the house (including the steam shower!! Not to be missed!!). The house is even nicer than the photos, and well stocked with everything you could need, including very comfy beds, lot of towels, and spices and oils (which is so nice so you don't have to buy those things to cook). The location was perfect, literally a 3 minute drive to the resort to ski. And the little playhouse was amazing for our 10 month old who enjoyed it so much. We will definitely be back. The property and host 10/10!

I consider myself pretty picky when it comes to places to stay. This Chalet at Sundance was awesome! It has everything! To top it off the shower in the master bedroom was off the charts!! So relaxing! The house was clean, comfortable, convenient, and more. I could go on and on about the property but the crazy thing is the hospitality is even more incredible! Our host (Dave) was wonderful! He helped us with so much. A huge storm dumped tons of snow just before we got there and Dave helped us get settled in and cleared the driveway so we could drive up to the chalet. He made us feel so welcome and made our trip so great with all his tips, pointers, clearing snow, giving us weather updates etc. The hosting and the place were so inviting. This chalet was so amazing and I look forward to exploring the rest of the property at different seasons of the year. Best place our family has ever stayed!

Great stay!

This is the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. The home is only a couple years old. It is clean and well taken care of. David came down and met us soon after we arrived. He offered to go through the home and explain some things to us and we took him up on that. It was definitely helpful. The pride in his home and property is evident. The home is well equipped throughout. You really don't need to bring anything other than groceries if you plan to cook in the home. There are plenty of spices, trash bags, keurig k-cups, toilet paper, etc. The amenities on property are wonderful. We played pickleball and basketball, used the trampoline, hot tub, and did the short hike to beautiful views. We also enjoyed see Oreo, who is an outdoor cat, waiting for us whenever we returned to the house and in the morning when we got up. My only regret is that we didn't have more time. We were in town for a wedding at Sundance. With wedding festivities each day, hiking and checking out Sundance, we didn't have enough time to truly enjoy this home. We will definitely be back.

Upscale Private Resort Vibe

Pictures really don't do the Chalet justice. It felt like an upscale private resort. The detail at every turn was very impressive. The owners are clearly committed to you having an experience rather than just a vacation. The home itself is beautifully decorated. Just taking a bath and shower was a luxury with all the added features and scents provided. Waking up to the stunning views from their large windows in the master bedroom felt like a dream. My kids really enjoyed the sledding, equipment all provided by the owner! It was my granddaughter's 4th birthday and the built in playhouse was an absolute hit for all the kids! The spa was always kept hot so we never had to wait for it to warm up when we wanted to use it. Our cars were snowed in and the owners were out there every morning digging us out which was very unexpected and highly appreciated for these California folks who were not prepared for that kind of weather. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of, and then a lot more which made staying in and cooking very enjoyable. There is so much passion put into the Chalet, it would take much more time for me to list everything. It's just a really special experience that I highly recommend and haven't stopped talking about since I got home. We hope to return in the spring or summer to enjoy the zip lining and outdoor amenities on their beautiful property. Book it, it's worth every penny!

Perfection! Iā€™ve rented a number of properties over the years and I must say this is absolutely top of my list! Not only is the house incredibly clean and organized, David has gone above and beyond by providing every possible amenity in every room of the house! The impressive kitchen has everything imaginable, and then some! Everything about this place, including our communications, says, ā€œwelcome, relax, enjoy!ā€

Perfect!

This place is nothing short of amazing! 10 out of 10. Beautiful home, stunning decor, but it was all the little touches that made the difference. There was seriously everything we needed or forgot. Bathrooms and kitchen were all fully loaded! Because of the first snow off the season we didnā€™t get to utilize the gorgeous acreage it sits on but that did not stop our grandkids from enjoying the hot tub and building a snowman. Beds were all comfy. Even the extra mattresses for the floor and Murphy bed were high quality.. We only live 30 minutes away but weā€™ll be back!

Park on side of Chalet (four-car limit). Max occupancy is 11 adults (2-8 adults is ideal). No more than 11 total occupancy including children.

Location: Sundance, Utah (Robert Redford established this mountain community in 1969). We are two minutes from Sundance Mountain Resort, ranked the #2 ski resort in North America by CondƩ Nast in 2021 for the Reader's Choice Award and #1 Ski Resort in North America 2019 by CondƩ Nast Traveler.

Why the property is special: 1) pickleball court in a fir tree cathedral, 2) gorgeous 1/2 mile scenic hiking trail, 3) coffee by the creek, 4) steepest fastest home zipline in the world, 5) hot tub, 6) yard games (mountain top golf, archery, bocce ball, croquet, giant frisbee), 7) world-class fly fishing just 2 miles away, 8) secluded but nestled right next to Sundance Mountain Resort -- Sundance offers dining at the Tree Room (Open Table rating of 4.7), Foundry Grill (Open Table rating of 4.5, Lookout BBQ, Sundance Resort has an art studio (painting, jewelry making, soap making), spa, mountain biking, etc.
