Great location. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room. 2 folks couldn’t make it so the bunk bed room didn’t get used. The pictures looked like it was a really small room but it was a decent size. We come to Helen every year. It’s the 2nd time we have stayed in town and highly recommend staying in town. Such a great location.

Location, location, location. How can you complain to be at Oktoberfest and be witin sight of the grocery, the package store, the German bakery and hop, skip and jump to the Biergarten and German food.Throw in the end of the parade. Outside of location tons of space, sleeps a horde and great communication. Had a really nice trip.

This Villa was the perfect place to stay when our girls trip destination was in Helen Ga. The 3 story property was very clean with ample linens and towels. The beds were comfortable. Our group of 4 adults had plenty of space for gathering including for meals as well as for chat sessions! Any communication between us and the host was easily received and attended to. We had parking directly in front of the front door!. I especially appreciate the downstairs bed room with a kitchenette, bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower as it was better for me due to my leg injury. We definitely would stay here again.!
