Jeff was very welcoming, and the cabin was great. The Hottub was a really nice touch, and the River was scenic. The sound of the river was wonderful also. The cabin was cozy and the beds were comfortable. Nice cabin Jeff. Great location.

This cabin is a great stay and had everything we could ask for from a secluded area on the river to a nice hot tub with lights at night. Jeff The host was super nice and friendly anytime we had a question. He immediately answered the places is worth to stay. It’s only about 15 minutes from Helen. The driveway is kind of narrow so highly recommend backing in makes it a little bit easier

Easy living on the river - We had just the right amount of fun relaxation and activities at this private, quiet cabin and surrounding area. We appreciate our gracious host as well, and would definitely recommend this lovely place.

Million dollar view

House was cute, very rustic but clean inside and equipped. Great beds. Livingroom furniture was not comfortable and old.Patio furniture was all very dirty and hot tub was not clean. The river is heaven and has many swimming holes all over. Stairs to river are very rustic and very steep, need to be very careful and physically in good shape to do over and over. The party rock is amazing and the views are spectacular. The driveway is very steep and not wide so that should be well known. You can turn around at the end of the driveway if you do a 10 point turn. Best to stay at top of driveway and walk up. Great washer/dryer, great kitchen appliances and great fridge!Guest room should have a tv for kiddos.Shower was great , quick hot water and great water pressure.Loved our trip and thought the house had what we needed. Wished the patio chairs and decks as well as hot tub were clean but we wiped all of it down. The river is everything for this VRBO otherwise we would not book again.

Loved the cabin and river access! This was our second stay and was perfect! My grandkids fished and played in the river non stop…the cabin is so comfy and well equipped!

Family Trip!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and peaceful cabin! The cabin is incredibly cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed (and more). Jeff was fantastic with communication, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The river sounds were so relaxing, and our 9-year-old absolutely loved the tree swing!We visited in January and had a wonderful time exploring Helen and Dahlonega, hiking, playing games, and enjoying the hot tub. To top it off, we were lucky enough to see some snow during our stay! We would love to return during the summer months to experience even more of what this lovely area has to offer. Highly recommend!This wording keeps it friendly while highlighting the key aspects of your experience.

River Getaway - Super fun!!!

We stayed from June 6th through June 12th. The river is gorgeous on the property. We were in that water more than we weren’t. We caught six shoal bass. We walked up the road to the GA park that had beach access. Gorgeous as well!! The Host is responsive and welcoming! Recommended highly!!

Great Cabin on the River!

We had a wonderful time! Cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Beautiful spot on the river. Location is close to many hiking trails and everything Helen has to offer while also being secluded and peaceful. Check-out process was a breeze. Make sure to read the rental agreement, etc. Jeff was responsive, pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property

Great little cabin, very secluded. River access is pretty tough/steep to trek down to, but the party rock photos don't do it justice. It's spectacular, lots of passing kayaking groups. If there were more than the 2 of us, 1 bathroom would be an issue. Short drive to Helen, Aldi's, WalMart, etc. Host Jeff was very hospitable with very prompt response to any question. This property would be perfect if it had more than 1 bathroom and better access down to the river, but we can't say enough about the woodsy, serene environment. Many stunning window views from the game room and huge back deck.

White River Cabin, Cleveland Georgia

The Cabin was very clean, had all the amenities that you could need. The location on the river and party rock was amazing. Grandchildren came to visit! Could not get them out of the water. I would recommend staying at this cabin and would again. The only thing that I would recommend is to have a railing put down the stairs to the river. It is quite challenging to get down the stairs and back up. If you are not an avid walker you may have a hard time. We saw some plastic stakes in the ground by a he steps and thought perhaps they may be getting ready to put in railing. The owner Jeff was very nice and easy to get in touch with. We did the whitewater kayaking trip, went right by our cabin. We had a great time, looking forward to our next stay!

We enjoyed the cabin , the rock river , the jacuzzi, and fire pit . Beds were comfortable and the location amazing. We tried but couldn’t wake up before 9:30am without an alarm clock . Great place to rest and to explore. Thanks

Great spot!!

The cabin was very clean and in a perfect location close enough to Helen, but far enough away to enjoy nature. The area down by the water was very enjoyable and offers a great gathering area for the prefect get together. The hot tub was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was great! We would stay here again.

Best Family Vacation yet!!

Couldn’t have asked for more. Something to do for everyone. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to go back! The owner was great to deal with and the cabin was perfect for us. Fishing was great right behind the cabin and party rock was a hit!

A great time!

We had so much fun at the property that we rarely left! The river was great fun and the cabin was nice and cozy. We had a nice, laid-back time. Will definitely rent again!

I live very close to my river cabin and make sure items and the property stays up to date. I purchased this cabin as a quick get away. Owning my own businesses and working extra hours through the week does not allow me to get away to long distances for vacations, so I thought this would help me & my daughter "escape" on weekends to refresh and renew. I love my cabin and like adding upgrades to it for my guests to enjoy.

I had owned a cabin in Helen, Georgia right across the river from the water park and had known about this area for about 8 years. I had looked into purchasing a lot on the same road this cabin is on back in 2010 and wound up not purchasing it. In 2015 I decided to come back down the road leading to this property and saw this property for sale and fell in love with it. The location is 2nd to none as I am at the end of a dead end road that backs up to Buck Shoals State Park and Wildlife Management Area. The river is absolutely breathtaking and all the wildlife and serenity around adds to the peaceful and relaxing environment. I have made several upgrades and additions.
