It was specifically designed and built to be a vacation rental! 10 Palms is a 5 bedroom home with 2 main master suites, 2 junior master suites, and a kids room with bunk bed and queen sofa sleeper. The home is equipped with twin 60' deep RV bays accessible for your toys. A full outdoor living area with infinity pool that has a Baja shelf and an in-pool bar area, 4 way infinity hot tub, putting green, large turf area for the younger guests to enjoy yard games, large patio covers, full cabana with bathroom, Big screen TV , fireplace and lounging area. All areas of the home have full views of the lake!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was very clean, beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail really stood out. The pool was amazing and a highlight of our trip. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it made for an excellent, relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

We just wrapped up an incredible weekend at 10 Palms in Lake Havasu, and I honestly canā€™t say enough great things about this property.We had a group of 12 (4 adults, 6 kids under 18, and 2 in their 20s), and the home accommodated everyone perfectly. The layout was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for both relaxing and hanging out as a group.The highlight of the trip was easily the negative edge poolā€”watching the sunset from there each evening was absolutely unreal. The views alone make this place worth it.For those bringing toys, this place is next level. The two large RV garages were perfect for storing our boat and SXS, which made the whole trip super convenient and stress-free.The home itself feels brand new with high-end upgrades throughoutā€”you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail.And I have to give a huge shoutout to the host, Jay. His communication was unmatched from start to finishā€”responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless.This was hands down one of the best VRBO experiences weā€™ve had. If weā€™re heading back to Lake Havasu, thereā€™s no questionā€”weā€™ll be staying at 10 Palms again.Highly, highly recommend!

We have rented some beautiful homes over the years, but my family said this was the best. This stunning home is so well thought out with high end furnishings and well stocked kitchen. The owners are easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and outdoor setting so much, we only went out on our boat 3 times in a week. If you rent this beautiful home, you will feel the same way.

This house was perfect for our family with older kids. Everyone had their own space. The house is very tastefully decorated. The view was amazing. The pool was private with no neighbors looking in on you. All amenities worked as they should. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. We just love this place and would love to visit again.

We were so impressed with this home and all the amazing amenities it had to offer 8 adult women. Plenty of bathroom space. Short drive to London Bridge. Owner is on top of anything you need and all household supplies are top of the line. We absolutely cannot wait to come back again!

A Perfect Getaway at 10 Palms ā€“ Luxurious, Spacious, and Serene

We had an amazing stay at 10 Palms in Lake Havasu! The home is beautifully designed with five spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and top-tier furnishings throughout. The chefā€™s kitchen had everything we needed to cook and entertain. Each room was tastefully decorated with high-end linens and towels, making it feel like a luxury retreat.The outdoor space was a dreamā€”plenty of seating, a gorgeous pool overlooking the lake, and a hot tub that made evenings unforgettable. The well-designed entertainment system was perfect for movie nights and streaming music during our gatherings.One of the biggest perks was the two-bay, 60-foot garages that fit both of our large boats with easeā€”perfect for a Lake Havasu trip. On top of it all, the host was fantastic: friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.10 Palms exceeded all expectations. We can't wait to come back!

We've stayed at a lot of VRBO's in Havasu the last 20 years and we're always trying to find a better home than the last. We loved this home! The layout is nice and spacious. The house is VERY clean. Extra points for actually having several pairs of scissors in the house haha (most VRBO's don't have any). The home was very relaxing and just what we needed. View is great. It is very quiet inside and outside. Most of the houses on the street were empty. There really aren't any cons for this home. The driveway is steep so if you are towing leave it down at the shop and don't try to go up the driveway. We will 100% stay here again. Jay was very helpful and had great communication. A on the dƩcor in the home and relaxing atmosphere you created for your guests.

Everything about this property is amazing! Home was clean, bedrooms spacious, kitchen and dining area had more than enough seating for all. Kitchen had everything and more for preparing meals. The outdoor space is incredible. Pool, spa, lounge chairs, many floats to use in the pool. Close to everything restaurants, shopping and the lake.The hosts are very quick to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Definitely a place we would love to visit again!

10 Palms was was designed and built to specifically be a short term vacation rental. The home boasts 2 large master suites with 2 additional "junior" master suites along with with a bunk bed room with a pull out queen sofa sleeper. Each bathroom has a large oversize walk in tile shower! The goal of this home was for multiple families or large families to come together and enjoy a vacation together without having to fuss with who gets the master bedroom. Every couple gets their own master suite! Every detail right down to the 12 person spa has been thoughtfully designed to maximize your stay! We found that most vacation rentals in the area do not allow access to the RV bay so we designed 10 Palms to have twin 60' deep RV bays. Oversized pool, swim up bar area with two tables along with a large cabana with oversized exterior fireplace, Big screen TV, putting green, Pellet BBQ and large turf area for kids to play. Right down to the oversized kitchen and the extra large couch in the great room were all specifically designed to maximize your stay!
