This beautiful 820 sq. ft. 1 Bedroom/2 Full Bathroom upgraded and elevated 1st floor condo features a great location and comfort! Enjoy this perfect location just steps to the pool & beach and fantastic view from the private balcony! Included in your rental is Platinum Beach Service - 4 Chairs & 2 Umbrellas - March 1-October 31st. No packing and lugging chairs to and from the beach.

The bedroom features a King bed and has an attached private full bathroom (Shower/Tub). There is a cozy bunk bed alcove (sleeps 2) in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) in the living area. The 2nd full bathroom has a Walk In Shower. There is a wonderfully upgraded & equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances for preparing any meal! Filtered water and ice maker in Refrigerator. 5 Star Linens and towels are provided. 6 Beach Towels provided. Brand new Full size Washer & Dryer in the Unit. Mattresses, Bedroom Furniture and Living Room Furniture are all brand new. New 65” Smart TV in Living Room and new 50” Smart TV in Bedroom.
Pelican Isle Resort is a clean, quiet, family friendly, and well-kept condo complex that is centrally located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach. Just minutes from Destin (approximately 7 miles), and a short 15-20 minutes from the great Fort Walton Airport (VPS) where Allegiant, Delta, Southwest, American, & United Airlines all fly daily!

Just my wife and I for our 19th wedding anniversary. Was a great place to just sit a d relax and enjoy the beach. It’s far enough from Destin to be far less congested but close enough to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Destin if you so desire. Great condo with all the necessities to cook dinner and enjoy yourself. If you go out, Stewby’s Seafood Shanty was great.

Very Nice Condo. Loved the beach chair service. Decor was nice and kitchen had everything we needed to cook there. Bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice, but very crowded. I suppose it would have been better had there not been so many kids. We will try to reserve again when the kids are back in school. All in all a Great Beach Trip!

The condo was beautifully decorated. It was clean and had all the things you can think of that made the stay easier. Loved having a Keurig for morning coffee on the porch. Pans and silverware for watermelon without making a mess. The Lady at the front desk was very friendly and had a list of recommended restaurants to try. Beach service was a great addition! The Fireworks on Wednesday night was a pleasant surprise. We have no complaints and would definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay

The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the kids loved their hall bunks. The kids enjoyed having their own beach chairs and they loved the pool too. When we arrived the door code that we were provided did not open the door. I took the kids to the beach in their street clothes while my wife got in touch with the owner. This process took about 30 minutes but we were able to get in after the owner reset the door lock.

The condo was great. Enjoyed our stay. Only issue was the sliding door. It was hard to open and close. Really liked the beach service and beach towels.

Just right...

This place was just the right place for us to enjoy our Fall Break. Right on beach and the chair/umbrella 🏖️ service was the best!! There were so many things to make us comfortable our stay...home away from home! Thanks home...can't wait till our next visit!!

Awesome condo on the beach!

My husband and boys had a great little vacation on the beach while staying at this lovely condo! Easy beach access and was sufficient for our needs as a family of four. Easy check in and out!

Wonderful Stay!

This is our 4th time staying on Okaloosa Island but our first time at Pelican Isle. This complex is much like most of the condo complexes with pool/hot tub and beach access. Loved having a parking pass so there was never a worry of being towed. Lady at the front desk was very nice and chatted with us. Everything was pass-coded which kept the facilities free from people who didn’t belong there. Our condo was great! Communication with the owner was wonderful! She proactively reached out to us several times before our trip with information we would need for our stay. Everything was labeled which made it very convenient, especially when it came to light switches. The condo came stocked with items that came in handy like dishwasher tabs, a few laundry packets, extra toilet paper. In past condos, we had to provide all our own stuff. TV’s are large, beds comfortable and plenty of “extras” like games, movies, beach toys, etc. Having beech chair service is always nice and much appreciated. One place we had never been to before on our past trips is Stewby’s and I’m so sad we didn’t find this place sooner. Definitely a place to try if you like seafood. We grabbed to-go for lunch, quick service, friendly staff…definitely will go back! After so many trips to the island, we are starting to feel like locals and I’m sure we will be back again sometime. We definitely recommend Pelican Isle for your next stay in Ft. Walton.

Great affordable beachfront stay

This property checked all the boxes of what we were looking for for our stay. We were attending a dance competition with our two kids and this was perfect for our downtime. It's located on a quieter part of the island, which we liked. I wanted beach service during our stay and that was so convenient. The property had everything we needed to cook, play and relax. The location wasnt dirty but wasn't the level of clean I prefer at home. Counters seemed to have food residue and the dishwasher had stuff in the filter that smelled. But there were cleaning supplies so I just did a light pass through and all was good. We also had a plumbing issue that took a couple of days to get fixed. Overall we had a very lovely time! I would absolutely stay here again.

What a wonderful lovely place! Great decor, had thought of all the little things especially for a family with kids: plastic plates bowls, beach toys, towels, umbrella and chairs. Good array of nice dishes pots pans. Great amenities. We had a wonderful time. We will most certainly be back to this beautiful condo!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was super clean, had everything we needed in it and was directly on the beach. Loved having 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas right at the beach. Loved it. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfection!

Me and two of my cousins stayed here for a much needed ladies /momma trip. This place was absolutely perfection! The distance between the condo, the beach, and the outdoor shower is way more than convenient! The view of the beach/ocean is absolutely beautiful! I love the palm tree that is clearly in view. Pool is a nice addition. Beds are super comfortable/new feeling. Beach towels and coolers = bonus. Water &ice from fridge have no weird taste. So many movies they have to watch if you have a need for that. A borrow bin for the beach/pool. Vending machine too. No on-site restaurants but plenty just down the road. You'll need a car for food/drinks for sure. The dolphins are always out in the morning. The location is quiet-you do not hear the elevators or anyone around/above you. The unit is SUPER clean! 2 umbrellas & 4 chairs on a beautiful beach with crystal clear water as far as you can go. I can not wait to come back !!

Very relaxing, beautiful area. Been vacationing in Ft Walton for 25 years, love Pelican Isle. The only thing about this unit I did not care for was where the balcony sits right in front of the beach clean up station.

Much needed family vacation

This condo was amazing. The hosts thought out every detail. Every light switch was labeled, they had plastic plates and bowls for children, they had black out curtains on the kids bunks, they had luggage racks and plenty of wall hooks to hang things to make things tidy. The beds were super comfy, the rugs were non slip. It was tastefully decorated. Thank you thank you thank you. ❤️We plan to be back.

Native to Colorado, We were looking for a bit of beach to call our own. We were first introduced to Pelican Isle in 2021 when friends invited us to stay with them and check out their beach front condo. Our boys at the time were 10 and 12 and our daughter 4. Not sure what we had in store, we quickly learned that Okaloosa Island is a FANTASTIC place to take our children. We could enjoy the quiet of the beach with out spending a fortune. The proximity of Pelican Isle to Destin and the Panhandle is one of many reasons we chose to make Pelican Isle our second home.

We purchased Unit 108 from The Brawners Mike and June who came with their boys and loved the escape the condo provided. Once purchased we felt it was time to update the unit for a new fresh feel. It has all new furniture , beds and linens. We are honored to be the next in line to put our love and time into it and hope that creates wonderful memories for the guests , family and friends that stay here.
