Welcome to pure luxury in our spectacular 28th floor one-bedroom condo in the heart of Miami’s glamorous Brickell neighborhood.

"What Makes Us Special"
-We allow non-shedding dogs up to 20 pounds (subject to approval, note pet fee when booking)
-Our condo is 100% legal for short-term vacation rentals, unlike many Miami properties
-The fridge will be stocked with a selection of complimentary beverages

-We're easily accessed from the airport and all around the Miami area by train, across the street from our entrance

Located in the architecturally stunning Brickell Arch building and Hotel AKA, this privately owned, newly renovated condo provides the comforts of a luxury hotel, but with the privacy and ease of an apartment. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, oversized marble bathroom with separate shower and tub, combo washer/dryer, king bed with luxurious linens, fine art, hand crafted dining and living room furnishings, filled with Italian woods and leather, and even a chair that becomes a single bed.

Our guests experience full access to the hotel’s spa, pool area, gym, dining, valet and parking services. (Please note that luggage services to the unit can incur a fee of up to $20).

Brickell is fast becoming the country’s new Manhattan, recently awarded one of the best neighborhoods in the world. A vibrant corporate hub filled with world-class restaurants, open air mall, a variety of transportation options – all within walking distance from your door. Just minutes away from downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and the Brickell business district.
We are locals and can provide you with an array of details to make your stay comfortable and fun, including our most recommended restaurants.
We require a minimum stay of 2 nights and are happy to rent up to 30 nights.

You will be greeted upon arrival by one of our staff, who will provide access to the unit.

Cleaning services during your stay will be available for an additional $150 per cleaning. Please note that bookings longer than one week require a mid-stay linen change with minor cleaning for a fee.

Perfect Brickell Stay

While working 2 weeks in Miami this was far superior to staying in a hotel! In building amenities were convenient and nearby restaurants and shopping made for a perfect location. The unit was very comfortable and well finished. Ilana was a great host!

Ultra Music Festival 2025

It is a beautiful property and in walking distance of the Brickell area with shopping and restaurants. For us, we needed a great place to rest and relax between each night at Ultra and this place delivered!! Metro mover (free) right across the street so we jumped on that every day to get to Bayfront Park.

Outstanding!

My daughter and I loved staying here. It was quiet and safe. The neighborhood was perfect with amazing restaurants and shopping close by. Really appreciated our host and her quick responses to our questions. Perfect visit and I hope to go back with my husband next year.

The apartment is better than the pictures suggest, the host is very responsive, the location is excellent, and the apartment is equipped with a full line of Le Creuset cookware and Ralph Lauren dishware. Magnificent sunsets from the living room, quiet and confortable, I highly recommend!

Unit was clean and well equipped. Bed and sheets very comfortable. Host very responsive. Building less like a hotel and more like a condo. No room service, cafe was closed, no seating in lobby. Pool in separate building some distance away. Well located. Lots to explore in neighborhood.

The Goldilocks stay

After seeing all the 5 star reviews, we wondered if the place could really be that good. Well, the reviews were well earned, this place is great. It's centrally located in Brickell, across the street from a Metro Mover station, which gives you a free ride around the downtown area. Tons of restaurants and shopping nearby.There are just the right amount of furnishings - enough to be comfortable but not cluttered (the Goldilocks reference...). The artwork is eclectic and tasteful but not gaudy. The bed is comfy, the internet is blazingly fast and the hot water is plentiful and comes on quickly.Anyone thinking of becoming a vrbo host should stay here to see how it's done right.

Twice as Nice!!!

This is the second consecutive year I have had the good fortune of being a guest of Ilana’s! I have a 10yr plus history of staying at this property and it is a perfect location. Ilana is beyond what one would expect in an owner. I travelled from just north on Monday morning but because of traffic had to keep readjusting my arrival time. Not a problem for Ilana. Her flexibility and understanding were top shelf! Weather intervened at the end of my visit and Ilana was very understanding and appreciative of my early communications. All in all, I cannot recommend this property enough! If you’re in the downtown Miami area this is the place you would really want to stay!!!

Just what we needed!

Thank goodness for this place! The space is as pictured, yet so much more than what you see online. Decor is beautiful, amenities & appliances are modern/state of the art, and the hosts truly thought of everything, providing complementary refreshments and all the comforts of home. The furniture is beautifully curated and comfortable, and the bed is heavenly! The pool area is lovely and the servers are very friendly and attentive. Also, very convenient to have a CVS across the street for some personal items we neglected to pack. Hosts are responsive and caring. Our rate was slightly discounted due to construction on the lobby area. It looks like it will be beautiful once complete. Looking forward to returning to see the finished product.

Perfect!

Ilana’s unit is just exquisite! The unit is located in the AKA Brickell- a fantastic property. From my initial booking Ilana was pleasant and welcoming and readily available to connect about the area offerings and any guidance needed on the location. Her team made sure that check in was smooth- the property managers were attentive and professional. The pictures do not actually reflect how tastefully furnished and well appointed the unit is! The unit was pristine- clean, well stocked, comfy bed and great linens. The view is fantastic and the property is upscale, quiet and private. Brickell is a convenient area and a savvy urban enclave- close to everything needed- perfect for the visit to Miami Basel! Well done ! Much appreciated Ilana!

Top Shelf!!!

Let me begin by saying that I stayed for nearly 8yrs at this location when it was The Conrad in a unit on the same floor. All that I can say is that you will not have a better experience than being a guest of Ilana's!!! Her son, Theo did the check in/ check out process and communication with him was effortless. He is an extremely polished and personable young man and extremely easy to work with. As for the unit itself, again I cannot understate how well appointed and maintained they keep it. In my past experiences minor necessities are usually needed to be picked up at Publix for your stay. Not in this case! Everything you need for your stay is already at your fingertips. To be forthright, there is major renovation going on at the hotel, Ilana has no control over that but it has little or no impact on your stay in the unit. I know this review may seem almost to good to be true but it is not. I will stay at this listing again without any hesitation! Thank you so much again Ilana & Theo!

This VRBO was everything and more than advertised. They constantly checked in with us asking if there was anything we needed. We highly recommend staying st the Brickel Arch.

Miami style-forward condo

Ilana's apartment was perfect for me and my daughter for the week. Clean, stylish, and comfortable, we felt right at home. The original artwork decorating the condo was incredible and brings this rental to top-tier status. The condo is located within easy walking distance of fantastic restaurants and shops. The bed was super comfy with crisp linens. The kitchen was well stocked and the complimentary Nespresso coffee was so appreciated. All in all, a very thoughtful and high end VRBO experience, we will be back.

Stay far exceeded any expectations for property sharing!

My husband and 2 1/2 year old frequently utilize VRBO, and I’ve never felt so at home as I did at Ilana’s place. From the inception of our plans, the communication was always swift, accommodating, and helpful. The space itself is impeccable; well maintained, high end finishes and my favorite- luxury linens. Everything had been thought of: there were plenty of linens and towels, a kitchen stocked for most, if not all, cooking needs, and a washer/dryer that makes packing an easier undertaking. I cannot say enough about this experience, and truly appreciate the effort that went into our stay.

Suite View

The apartment was everything we could have asked for; very comfortable bed, responsive HVAC, great lighting, tasteful art, attractive furniture, not to mention a wash/dryer, an espresso machine with complimentary coffee, city skyline views, two tv’s, and high speed internet. Whether you’re there for business or pleasure, you’ll be happy. The suite provides privacy for two as well. We walked for hours in the area, dined at neighborhood restaurants, namely Edge Steak and Bar, LPM Miami, Sexy Fish. Breakfast at AKA was a bit pricey but quite good. The rooftop pool was a great hangout in the late mornings, quiet and relaxing. Could have stayed another week because there’s so much to see. To start the day try grabbing a cup of coffee, walk a few steps to Point View along the water, find a park bench and enjoy the view. Don’t forget the nightlife too….
