Our stay was wonderful and Robert was very communicative the entire time. The house is well stocked with whatever you need, and very kid friendly. The outdoor space is really nice!

Communication with the owner throughout the booking process, check-in, and during the stay was exceptional. Meeting the host upon arrival was appreciated for walking through the details. All amenities provided were very thoughtful and I loved that we had a linen closet with plenty of towels for 7 people! The location, size, and comfort did not disappoint and provided a nice opportunity for a family get-together and casual community breakfast cooking.

Robert has so much pride in his property and it shows in every detail! From the communications/greeting, well stocked linens, toiletries, kitchen and the cleanliness of the furniture, beds and house! Beautiful, spacious home in a lovely neighborhood

This is a very nice, spacious home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parking is available right on the driveway. Robert was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great short term rental

This house was perfect for the family. It is on a dead end street in a lovely neighborhood. House was clean. Owner was responsive and accommodating.

I was very fortunate to host the Ring family from the local area as they needed a short term rental during their home renovation. I am very please having the home located in a cul-de-sac provided a bit of extra privacy. They are tidy, and very responsive. It dosn't get any better. Thank you Josh and Bobbi ! Amazing stay!

This house is absolutely beautiful and very spacious, 7 people slept extremely comfortably. It is exactly like the photos. It is in a very quiet neighborhood so it is perfect for a relaxed family weekend. The house was spotless when we arrived and extremely well stocked. The backyard is spacious and private, perfect for a small family barbecue and has a propane grill ready to use. The host is very kind and easy to get in contact with and willing to help with anything! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely book again.

US Open Getaway

The property is very well maintained and the owner Rob is very attentive. He actually met us and showed us around and was always available for any questions. We were down for the US Open and I'd highly recommend this place for the Open or even Mets games. Less than a mile from the LIRR train station that gets you there in less than 30 minutes. A gem

Great house!

This house was great. On a nice quiet residential street in the heart of Port Washington. Lots of space. Our family of 5 was quite comfortable and the house could have fit more people. Two living rooms, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, a big TV, and a spacious basement. The backyard was really nice too. Everything was very clean and in working order and the host was very nice and responsive. We had a great stay!

Do NOT recommend!!

I would NOT recommend!! The listing states "Entire house" but we were OVERcharged for each person!! - additional $2070!! We reduced the stay by one day & the nightly price was INCREASED! instead of refunded $1310.!! I contacted the owner to resolve, but he refused. Check in was disappointing, the property was NOT ready for a 3:00pm check in as stated. During stay tried to contact owner about outdoor lights - he did NOT responded. Do NOT recommend this property!!

I am also sadden that you tried to persuade me by giving an unfavorable review as well as entice me with future potential business in return for a partial refund. As listed in VRBO's terms and agreement. Additonal guests charges are showed in the web site at time of booking. Once you accept and make payment, it's a confirmation of all charges and it's terms. The total charges were displayed. If the you felt you disagree with this amount, you could have chosen not to book at all. Clearly, you were satisfied with the charges at time of booking as well as post stay commentary, you wrotr, lovely, beautiful home and at a convienent location. Once again, I am very sorry for your disappointment and your 1 star overall rating of me die to a requested unwarranted monetary refund. Robert

Family Weekend

Our recent stay at this home was absolutely wonderful. This home, not only was unique in design , clean and in a great location, but the owner keeps it fully stocked with any and all the supplies you would need for a pleasant stay. It is a clean and bright home with comfortable beds in nice sized rooms. Our family weekend was enhanced by being able to stay in this home. We will definitely consider this place again…..The owner made it convenient and easy and pleasant. Thank you Robert for all you did to make this such an enjoyable weekend.
