Nice quiet area. Definitely more adult-oriented. Like that it’s dog-friendly. Will return with our dog to a condo that allows pets.

Lovely Stay with Beautiful Ocean Views

The condo was very comfortable and spacious layout. Each of the bedrooms provides privacy to all. The views of the ocean and beach were beautiful and relaxing. We would definitely return again.

Family Vacation

The unit was large and very well maintained. The view from the balcony was exceptional, overlooking the golf course and ocean. Cinnamon Beach properties are beautiful. We had one problem with the cable TV, which was fixed within an hour by maintenance people. We plan on returning.

Beautiful beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. The condo was very nice but could use pressure wash the patio, the sliding glass door was very hard to close and need a better fan of some sort on patio. Overall is was excellent!!

Wonderful waterfront beach condo for our family vacation!

I highly recommend this location and condo unit. It was elegant, clean and had everything we needed! In addition the property manager was wonderful. We had a beach tent shipped to them and they left it waiting for us in the unit. Fantastic experience!

Unbelievable View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the view and the pool area rivals fancy resorts.We had a great stay and would recommend the unit. A few beach chairs and an umbrella were provided, which was great. I would say the linens could use replacing. The primary bedroom rug was wet when we checked in, but we figured that meant it was recently cleaned. The unit is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The complex is very well-maintained and it was a quiet, relaxing stay.

We were extremely happy with our condo, it was large and walking distance to the beach. The view was worth every penny. Issues I had were with the beach furniture they had 2 decent chairs and 2 camping chairs, with a broken umbrella. Beach was nice however large rocks made it unsettling going into ocean

Great spring break trip

My family of two adults, three kids (9/6/3), and my parents really enjoyed the week. The condo was spacious and allowed for everyone to enjoy each other’s company when desired but also have their own space. The balcony was large and the views were wonderful. It was a little bit chilly some of the days we were there but the pool was heated and kept the kids entertained for hours. Publix right down the street was very convenient. My only desire would be for more shops and restaurants that were close by. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The condo is simply beautiful and the location cannot be beat! The sunrises take your breath away and we watched dolphins playing each morning at sunrise from the beautiful ocean-facing deck. Traveling with my husband and two adult kids, everyone had their own space. All enjoyed the beach, shelling, and the pool was a short walk down the beach. Just amazing in all respects. Will definitely return!

Perfect for Peace and Quiet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, staff, cleanliness and overall 10 out 10! ! Views are phenomenal, pools are clean and welcoming. Food and Drinks at the grill are great. My only complaint would be the rudeness of the residents. No one smiled or waved back; when we brought the kids to the pool you could see them roll their eyes bc we had a bundle of kids between us all there for a family gathering. One man even had enough gumption to confront me about my parking location stating everyone knew not to park in that parking spot yet there are no signs and it's an obvious parking spot. Overall would highly recommend the company, location, condo but with caution about the residents.

This view can't be beat

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as described, the view was amazing and it is decorated beautifully. The pool and grounds accommodations were meticulously kept. We tried to reach out to the agency while onsite to let them know the unit has a few items that are in need of maintenance. We have been home for 2 days now and yet to receive a response. This surprised us because prior to the trip the agency was very responsive.

Weekend getaway

Everything was fantastic! Very clean. Everything was just as shown in pictures. Great balcony, huge! I will stay here again. Out of 1 to 10, I rate it a 10. Excellent place to stay and very quiet.

Family/ Friends Annual trip

Everything was accurate in the listing. We had a few minor issues that were addressed pretty quickly. We had 2 issues that could be addressed to make our next stay better. First there was one bath towel per adult in our group and there should have been more. I bought additional towels and the owner heavily reimbursed me. Second the main door to the condo was not locking when we left and we didn't notice it until we were checking out. Maintenance may want to take a look at this door lock for future guests. All in all this is a beautiful condo and is very comfortable. We enjoy staying here each year, we don't always get the same condo but this is a great place to stay with family.
