Ka'anapali's finest beachfront setting, 1/2 mile north of Black Rock. A prime location near shopping and activities. Our fully equipped, ocean view studio condo, A-517 is located on the 5th floor of the Aloha Tower, and is accessible by elevator. Thermostatically controlled, Central Air Conditioning, cools the unit. Our condo has a comfortable King Bed with new mattress, and a new Queen pull-out sofa bed. It has been recently remodeled to include new stainless steel kitchen appliances, drapes, carpet and paint. Our dining table & chairs seat 4 and is situated by the large sliding glass doors. Open them up and it feels as if you are dining outside. Although our lanai is small, measuring 2 by 18 feet, we have placed a small bistro table & 2 chairs for sipping morning coffee or a glass of wine while you watch the sun set after another perfect day in paradise. The Resort is set on 11 acres of exotic tropical gardens, along one of the finest stretches of Ka'anapali Beach. Swim, snorkel, paddle, or sail directly off our white sand beach in warm, crystal-clear turquoise water. Our on-site "Beach Shack" rents all water sport equipment. Lounge by two adult swimming pools, kiddie pool, or spas, with cocktail and food service from our on-site, full service restaurant, Castaway. Relax in chaises under the trees on the peaceful lawn adjacent to the beach, or grab our beach umbrella and chairs and sink your toes into the sand. Spot Humpback whales directly from shore between November and March. Golf at any of four nearby championship golf courses, or play next door at the Royal Lahaina Tennis Club. Ride the "Free Green Ka'anapali Trolley" to shopping, restaurants, and hotels for entertainment or luaus just south of Black Rock. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at our on-site full service Castaway Restaurant, situated ocean front.

A 50% refund will be issued 30-60 days before check-in. DAILY RESORT FACILITIES FEE:
Maui Ka’anapali Villas, (MKV), charges a daily fee of $35.00 plus tax which includes a package of amenities including; parking for one vehicle, WiFi and internet (in room, poolside & beachfront), daily morning coffee & tea, local phone calls, beach & pool towels, use of state of the art Pre-Cor fitness center, access to coin-op laundry facility, 2 pools & hot tubs, BBQ’s, shuffleboard, oceanfront water aerobics classes, access to hospitality restrooms for early arrival and late departures, and rides on the “Free Green Ka’anapali Trolley” which travels to the larger hotels, restaurants and shopping south of Black Rock. The daily facility fee & tax for the stay is paid to and collected at check-in by the front desk and is at a cost of $41.29 daily per unit. I have nothing to do with these fees, but thought that I would alert you to them.

CLEANING:
Our condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized by trained housekeeping and maintenance staff according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. Complete systematic cleaning protocols between guests guarantee no cross-contamination. Wearing gloves, they use hospital-grade, EPA approved disinfectants. All surfaces are sanitized, and all linens are processed in commercial, high-temperature washers and dryers. Only one staff member at a time who has been verified with no signs of illness, is allowed to be present in the condo. While undergoing cleaning, the windows are opened to provide maximum ventilation. After the condo has undergone cleaning and sanitizing, it is inspected by the head-housekeeper to insure all guidelines and protocols have been completed.
