Modern comforts & luxurious beach await you at the Diamond on Third. This bright and airy, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is centrally located to all that Cape May has to offer. A quiet, peaceful location offering dining, shopping and activities nearby; while just minutes from the beach. Our home has been completely updated with plenty of room for your family or group including central air and a fresh new kitchen.

The house comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Additional space for 1 to 2 more guests is optional in the back bonus room with the trundle bed--please inquire about additional fees for guests above 6. The bedroom/bathroom layout is on the 1st floor: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin trundle bed, 1 full bath and on the 2nd floor: 1 king bed, 1 full bath. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Come and enjoy this slice of paradise, just like our family does. It’s family-friendly, quiet... a true hidden gem.

SUMMER AVAILABILITY 2026: We rent weekly (Sunday to Sunday) from Memorial Day through late September.

LAYOUT: Please see our floorplans within the listing photos to see how the first and second floors are arranged. Additional details are provided below.

DOWNSTAIRS:
2 Bedrooms, bonus room, 1 Full Bathroom (with walk-in shower), laundry room, kitchen, dining, and living areas

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: King bed, Bonus room: twin trundle bed (can sleep 2)
• Pack-and-play for a baby or toddler & highchair
• Sheets, quilts, mattress pads, pillows, and towels are provided for guests
• Full-size washer and dryer located in laundry room, stocked with detergent, iron, and ironing board
Kitchen & Dining Room:
• The kitchen is brand new, with all the things you'll need to whip up delicious meals (gas stove & range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, lobster pot, knives, mixing bowls, etc.)
• There's also a bulletin board of menus if you’d rather order in :)
• The peninsula in the kitchen seats 2 and the dining room table seats 6

Living Room & Bonus room:
• The main area has two comfy couches, accent chair, coffee table and TV and seats 7-8 comfortably
• Rokus on every TV and free WiFi included
• The bonus room has a twin trundle bed (fits 2) and accent chair and is perfect for reading or playing games/doing puzzles (which are included as well!)
• The fireplace is decorative only and IS NOT operational

UPSTAIRS:
1 King bedroom, Full bathroom (with walk-in shower)
*Please note that the king bedroom on the 2nd floor does not have a hinged door, instead there is a folded screen that can be opened for full coverage and privacy.*

OUTDOORS:
• Front deck: Sectional couch with added chairs and side tables to relax in the cool ocean breeze
• Back deck & yard: Patio dining set that seats 8 comfortably, 2 chaise lounge chairs, small seating area with 2 chairs & table. The yard has space to play and storage shed with beach chairs, beach cart & sand toys, beach umbrella, cornhole game, beach cruiser bikes (4) and bike helmets (4).

ALSO INCLUDED:
• 6 beach tags (children under 12 do not need beach tags in CMP)
• Books, toys, and games for both kids and adults

CHECK-IN: 3 pm | CHECK-OUT: 10 am

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING (of any kind, anywhere on the property), NO PETS.

RENTAL PERIOD MINIMUMS:
• Memorial Day to late September: Weekly (Sunday to Sunday)
• Holidays: 2-4 nights
• The rest of the year: 2 nights
