Swim, lounge, and snorkel at the fabulous Mana Kai Maui Resort, the jewel at the end of one of Mauiā€™s best beaches! The Mana Kai Maui Resort uniquely offers all the advantages of a condo vacation, but with the added amenities of a resort hotel. Choose from condominium or hotel-style accommodations. The condominiums include one and two-bedroom suites, complete with well-equipped kitchens and private lanais. In-room safes and free high-speed WiFi access are also available.

Comfortable hotel-style suites with full baths are also available just steps away from the ocean. You'll also have access to two gas grills and laundry facilities available on the property. While our amenities do not include poolside towel service, our condo and hotel suites are equipped with beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Take advantage of the resort atmosphere with special features including free parking, a pool, open air dining with lounge, yoga classes with Maui Yoga Path, a fitness center, an activities center, a gift shop, a general store, a business center with computers, and conference/meeting facilities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing View

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and spend time with our family that traveled there to meet us. The outdoor bbq area was super nice. The beach chairs on the grass was perfect for us. The view was incredible. The condo was nice, it only had 2 forks which made a family of six to wash a lot of dishes (we bought disposable forks and chopsticks)

One outdoor chair was wobbly. Dining table a little off. Needs more larger coffee cups and water glasses But overall we had a great vacation.

Our family has stayed in various units on this property..they have all been wonderful and this was as well. The beach is great, pool is good, general store has great sandwiches and we found excellent ice cream sandwiches. The views from the lanai were amazing!

Amazing Beach View

This was our second rental on our first trip to Maui. Great location to shops, beach, restaurants. Was awesome to have grass to lie on as an alternative to sand. We had four people in our party and room size was perfect. More of a hotel room feel, but we weren't there much because of the great location!

Wonderful condo on the beach!

We love Mana Kai! Itā€™s the best location in Kihei. This unit provided a great view of everything. We literally sat on the lanai for hours watching the ocean and all that it offered. We saw turtles from our lanai. Great vacation!

Fantastic place to stay

We absolutely loved it here. The views are stunning and we could see kite surfers and whales from our deck overlooking the ocean. Very positive experience with good communication. The location was central to many things we wanted to do as well - making every part of the island, easily accessible.

Awesome view and comfortable stay!

We loved our condo! Vacasa did a good job with communication except in the beginning when I first booked and no one replied to my questions about the condo. Not as personal as some other renters who didnā€™t have a management company which was was a little concerning but later when trip came closer and all payments received, communication was better when I reached out and customer service was good. The unit itself was awesome! View was spectacular! Loved the small complimentary ā€œwelcomeā€ insulated bag that was provided when we arrived with snacks inside. We used that bag every day on our daily road trips. Everything was nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed to cook a meal or breakfast but what we appreciated was providing us with 2 nice packable Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrellas. We used that quite a bit as well. Boogie boards and flippers provided as well. It was convenient to have laundry room down the hall across from elevator on each floor that was about $2.50 each for washer and dryer which accepted credit card. AC unit in bedroom worked extremely well and the one in kitchen was good too but since had larger room to cool wasnā€™t as cold but still very nice and comfortable. Front desk were helpful as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay again! Book itā€¦ you wonā€™t regret it! Keep in mind renovations were in progress during our stay in units in 5th and 6th floors so expect to hear some noise during weekday

Ant infestation in bathroom Not enough towels upon arrival Not enough garbage bags for the stay. Property manager wanted is to buy more which then the leftover bags would surely be used for future guests. But in the end they agreed to send up more garbage bags. A mid week cleaning would have been nice considering the price of the rental. 1 Beach chair was broken

This is the Number 1 room. Great views and the sound of ocean is unbelievable. This is our second time in the same room. Everything you need's is there. I am making plans to go back to Room 201C. My wife loves this place and she will not go to any other place now. Clean and well taken care of. Location is great. I will be back.

Wonderful experience

Our condo was on the ocean end of the building. The views sitting on the lanai were spectacular. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The dedicated parking space was convenient. Well-manicured grass with Tiki torches right past the pool was ideal for watching the sunset. The sand beach was right next to all that. Wow!

One of the best locations on the island

Fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the best beach on the island. The apartment has towels, chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you may need for the beach, which is just steps away. Fully equipped kitchen and nicely outfitted living area. Unfortunately, the restaurant and store downstairs are closed for refurbishment, so Google distances to restaurants and grocery stores before you book, unless you have a rental car.
