- Convertible futon offering comfortable daytime seating and an additional sleeping space at night (39" x 26" when folded and 39" x 76" when opened into a bed)

- Built-in storage staircase for personal belongings

- Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and essential kitchen supplies

- Private bathroom with toilet, sink, and charming sliding barn door
