This home is nestled on the South Strand of Surfside Beach, SC, and comes with a piece of nostalgia, built on the prior family’s original homesite with wood from the original home used as the wainscoting in the downstairs bonus room/office.

All costs included in the price: Private Heated Pool, Elevator, and a Private Walkover to the Beach make this the Perfect Beach House!

**Heated Pool included (March – October) **Note: We will do our best to keep the pool heaters on, but unfortunately cannot control mother nature. If air temperatures are consistently below 50 degrees the pool heater will not be turned on to prevent damages to the unit.

Located ¾ mile south of the Surfside pier wonderful restaurants and bars and 2 miles north of Garden City Pier with large arcade and fishing available. The home is just a short drive from Murrells Inlet, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and Broadway at the Beach.

Outdoors: A complete backyard entertainment area: Heated in-ground pool, a 6-person hot tub, putting green, gas grill with propane provided, and plenty of seating for everyone. Parking under garage & driveway accommodates 5 cars depending on size.

Indoors: A very clean, exceptionally maintained, and fully furnished home. It has free High-Speed WIFI service & the kitchen has everything you need to accommodate everyone. The living room has been furnished with a 55” Roku TV.

Spacious a 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home with 3 rooms having oceanfront views and balconies. This home will accommodate 21. There is a pull-out queen-size sofa bed in the living room with a 55" Roku TV and DVD Player. Bedrooms have flat-panel Roku TVs.

• Bonus Room/Home Office - Main floor: 1 Sleeper Sofa.
• Living Room - Main floor: 1 Sleeper Sofa.
• Bedroom #2 - Upstairs: Queen over Queen bunkbed. Bunkbed with Full size crib.
• Bedroom #3 - Upstairs: 1 King and a private bathroom with a balcony.
• Bedroom #4 - Upstairs: 1 King and a private bathroom with a balcony.
• Bedroom #5 - Upstairs: 2 Queens and a private bathroom.
• Bedroom #6 - Upstairs: 2 Queens and a private bathroom with a balcony.

All bedroom bathrooms have hairdryers, and the laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. All linens, Towels, and Beach Towels are provided, and beds made.

Cameras: This property is equipped with three exterior security cameras located at the front entrance (doorbell camera), driveway, and backyard for the sole purpose of maintaining property security. These cameras do not monitor any private indoor areas, and their use complies with all local privacy regulations.
