This beautiful 2BR/2BA beach cottage is located right on the ocean with it’s own private beach in Great Exuma Bahamas! It offers our guests privacy (totally secluded), lots of windows with a great panoramic views of the ocean. Step outside and enjoy one of the most unbelievably beautiful beaches in world (Tar Bay)! The beach offers access to extensive water activities, including excellent snorkeling just 40 yards from the deck, kayaking, paddle boarding and more(snorkeling equipment, kayaks and paddle board included)! THIS IS NOT A CONDO or PART of a RESORT. This is private beach house.

Exuma is home to the famous “swimming pigs” and offers an incredible amount of activities including boating, sailing, deep sea fishing, world class bone-fishing and tons more!

Exuma is one of the friendliest 'family islands' in the Bahamas and a great place to get away from it all. This is a very safe island in all regards, and one of the safest places in the Caribbean. You're sure to enjoy our great beaches and weather any time of year.

We are located on Tar Bay, which is approximately 10 minutes northwest of George Town (main town) and about 5 minutes from the airport (GGT). There is a two grocery stores, a liquor store, a meat market and several restaurants within miles. Location Location Location!

The main level of the cottage offers a living room with panoramic views of the ocean, a dinning area, full kitchen, a master bedroom with a king bed (new pillow top mattress in 2022) and a full bathroom. The sofa in the living room is a new comfy queen sleeper sofa (2022) and also has a smart TV with any streaming app needed to watch TV while you are not at the beach(netflix, etc). The entire beach house offers air conditioning (new in 2022).

The lower level (connected to the house but accessed from a separate entrance) offers a private bedroom with bathroom, 1 queen and 1 twin bed (both have new pillow top mattress' 2022), and of course amazing views of the ocean. We also have 2 new roll-away twin beds that are very comfortable (added in 2021). There is also a smart TV in the lower level and Air Conditioning (new in 2022).

We have a local caretaker who is available to assist with all aspects of your stay from beginning to end. Available to meet you at the airport (if requested) to get you to the house or can help arrange for transportation. She can also grocery shop for you to get the house ready ahead of your stay (for a small fee). We can also will help you book day trips, excursions, set up restaurant reservations, hire a private chef, arrange massages on the beach, as well as booking your rental car (with a local who offers our guests great rates).

We have a washer and a dryer, as well as a gas grill, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle-board, snorkeling equipment, waterproof bluetooth speaker, large Yeti soft cooler, ice maker and many other nice amenities.

This cute little beach cottage is older, however a beach front bargain for sure! There has been several updates including a new kitchen in 2018, new outdoor deck furniture, beach chairs and other various upgrades made in 2022/23 including new air conditioning units, ice maker, all new beds, sleeper sofa, refrigerator (w/water and ice) and most recently all new windows!
