11 steps from Harbour Lights Villa is Elizabeth Harbour and our quiet bay . The villa is a 1,788 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home with all amenities of this upscale resort community.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the villa.

February Point is a gated/security-monitored destination resort. The property features tennis courts, private beaches, two infinity pools and a jacuzzi.

There is a spa and a modest fitness center. The Rusty Anchor Restaurant offers casual waterfront dining.

Harbour Lights Villa features vaulted ceilings with fans, an office nook, and a fully-equipped kitchen with two sinks and granite countertops. There is a full-sized Viking refrigerator and microwave, a dishwasher, and a dining area with a teak dining table with seating for six. A separate laundry room contains a stackable washer/dryer and utility sink. The upper floor has a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed and features a large bathroom with a tiled shower and free-standing tub. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with tile shower. Both rooms have ceiling fans and each floor has a dedicated central air conditioning system. A former enormous dressing room adjacent to the master bedroom has been converted to a third bedroom with a double futon for extra guests. The 773 square foot outdoor space includes full wrap-around patios on upper and lower decks, perfect for watching the Regatta action and the beautiful water! A teak patio dining table for six is available for outside dining and the patio includes a full-sized propane BBQ.
In the technology and entertainment department, the villa offers a smart TV with access to Netflix (bring your password), Amazon Prime Video, and five television channels. There is also a DVD player with an extensive DVD library and super-fast fiberoptic WIFI.

Great Exuma offers the most beautiful beaches and water in the Bahamas (perhaps the world). Take advantage of this by renting watercraft and going to the nearby secluded beaches on Stocking Island or taking a boat tour to see the swimming pigs! These activities can be arranged in nearby George Town, about a mile away. There you can also find grocery stores, banks/ATMS, churches, a gas station, bars, liquor stores, restaurants and shops.
The villa changed ownership in April of 2019, and the new owners have worked very hard to restore it to its original grace and charm following many years off the rental market. They have renovated the interior to its original casual contemporary elegance. The exterior had just been painted a charming Caribbean canary yellow with white trim.
