Amazing

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The place has a ton of cool technology. Very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect!!! The owner communicated with us throughout our stay even giving us restaurant recommendations. We would love to stay here again!!! Highly recommend!!!

The neighbors

Their dog bark all night both nights we stayed. They must have had a sex party all night the second night. Heard them all night long. Bathroom was clean but not very nice.

Perfect weekend getaway

Loved my stay downtown Old Market! Originally it was supposed to be my husband and myself but bc of health issues, my husband wasn't able to make it.....so I brought the kids instead! They loved the place and especially the high tech lighting! It was a very safe location that I really appreciated beings I brought the kids. It was also a perfect downtown location to shops and food! We were able to freely walk around in ease and not worry about getting to our place. The only issue was parking when we ever left the area, but you kinda have to expect that being in Old Market. It's a busy place! The only other issue we had was noisy neighbors the first night that had loud music till 3am or so. Luckily, Chris text me after the first night asking how the night was and....the 2nd night was much quieter! I definitely appreciated that! Overall, a WONDERFUL place to stay. Easier with only adults as Old Market is definitely an adult area, but bringing kids was totally possible. Thank you again Chris!

Old market is a great spot!

Loft style in and older buildingā€¦ nice tech/tv in apptā€¦ fantastic mattress and adjustable baseā€¦ our only complaint is the parking system that was pay per hour/dayā€¦ it was a sh!tshow with starting and stopping our timeā€¦. It was digital and didnā€™t make any sense why they bill when they do and charged ā€œconvenience feeā€ when we understood parking was until we stopped our timeā€¦ they started a new day and charged extra for it at midnight none the lessā€¦ maybe we did something wrong but it seems like a flawed system by the city with a 3rd partyā€¦

My wife and I spent an exciting birthday/Valentine's Day/Superbowl weekend in this cool place!!!!

We were glad to meet Chris at the entrance to this secure property. He was friendly and helpful and seemed super hyped to show the place. The folks ahead of us overstayed a bit so we had to let the maid have a little time to finish up, but it was ok because we knew the linens were fresh and she was able to give us an explanation of some of the amenities. OMG! What a place! The sound/light system on Superbowl Sunday was beyond cool. The lights literally turned red, white, and blue during the National Anthem. During the flag waving and the rocket's red glare the lights went crazy!! We turned up the volume on the sound system and the room shook! Goose bumps!! I am a photographer so after the game I did a photo shoot of my wife. Lucky me! I was able to use the lighting system in the apartment to set up colored mood and I didn't have to do anything but push a button on the IPAD. This place is all about technology. There were about 8 different remotes or devices that made something neat happen. Chris said that he wishes he could have stayed for the game, but kids, family and duties called! LOL I would have wanted to stay too I had a place like this. The neighbors were "smokers" so you could tell they were partying all night. It was in the air all night. Not Chris' fault at all. We didn't use the sauna but it was super neat to have one available in the room. We had a wonderful breakfast on V-Day across the street at a place called The Table. Great waffles, folks. Thanks, Chris for all you did to the place, and for sharing your passion to help people that you don't even know have a great experience. I loved my time there!

Quaint, and loaded with fun!

Would highly recommend! We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful studio penthouse unit. From the adaptive lighting, to the dry sauna, to the 82ā€ TV, with an adjustable Tempurpedic bed, plus hot/cold bedjets, this place was perfect. Beautiful views, great food, fun atmosphere. The nightlife is happening, but with the noise ordinance kicking in at 11, sleep quality was fabulous. Chris was on top of it all. Thanks so much!

Chris was great to work with. The property is described well. It is a very comfortable apartment for a couple getaway with lots of technology available. The Old Market area is great with lots of shops, bars, and places to eat. Security was very good. Parking was available within easy walking distance & pricing was OK. We had a great time! I can strongly recommend Chris and this property.

I can't imagine there being a better place to stay in all of Omaha. The location (Old Market) has all the best restaurants right outside your door and the apartment was amazing! Everything and more than you can imagine in an apartment. Comfortable bed, huge flat screen TV with sound system, Phillips hue lighting, and the safety and security of a locked building. And to top it off, the host (Chris) is hands down the best host out there. From restaurant recommendations to making sure you have everything for the perfect stay. Top Notch!

Located In the heart of the Omahaā€™s Old market, our newly renovated apartment accents the buildings charming character. With character around every corner, the apartment's location is walking distance from many different restaurants, bars, retail shops, museums, local art, and other entertainment attractions.
The apartment is located walking distance from the CHI Center, The Orpheum, Holland Center, Collage World Series Stadium, and Biking Trails along the Riverfront.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Downtown Parking:
The street meters are 9:00am - 9:00pm, Monday- Saturday. Free on Sundays. They are $1.25/hr. You can pay with coins, credit cards or through the "Park Omaha" app.

My recommended garage is the Park Two on 12th and Harney. It's around $10/day. The garage address is 1313 Harney Street, Omaha NE 68102. Approximately 1.5 blocks from the apartment.
