Spread across three levels, Villa Téotlina offers six spacious bedrooms, each with sea views and air conditioning. The villa includes six elegant bathrooms, one of which features a unique open-air shower for an unforgettable tropical experience. The main living area on the top floor features an open kitchen, a comfortable TV lounge, and a large dining area. From here, sliding doors lead to the porch and a spectacular palapa with panoramic sea views — the perfect setting for morning coffee or starlit evenings.

The outdoor space centers around the grand private pool, complete with a shallow lounging section and three in-water daybeds. Guests can unwind under the shade of the palapa or gather around the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher for al fresco dining at its finest. At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
