New owner & fresh updates! New floors, fresh paint, new mattresses and updated decor await you! 1 bed & 1 bath + built-in bunks makes this a perfect family getaway. Enjoy the white sand and turquoise water of the Gulf with private beach access across the street, plus the 2 on-site pools and hot tub!

The space:
3rd floor condo with vaulted ceilings in living area and private patio. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, built-in bunk beds in the hallway, plus sofa sleeper available.
Guest access:
Access 2 swimming pools + 1 jacuzzi on the property. Private beach access across the street. Multiple laundry rooms on each floor of the building. Parking lot available and BBQ grills on site for your use.
Other things to note:
This is a 3rd floor unit (top floor) and only has stair access so there will be 2 flights of stairs. (But no neighbors or noise from above, and vaulted ceilings!)
Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella not provided. Please bring your own!

Dalyce was immediately available whenever needed! Location was perfect, right across from the beach with private access. The condo was also within walking distance of multiple restaurants. It was a great getaway for me and my pre-teen kids!

Great location accurate, simple listing

You can’t beat the location and it was great to have parking. The listing was accurate and was a good jumping off place for where we had to go.

Short stay with my two sons. Dalyce was amazing to work with! Extremely responsive and helpful. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. The door had a code which was easy to use. FYI no elevator, on 3rd floor but quiet. The place is so much more beautiful and impressive in person (pictures do not do it justice). It was the perfect size for us. The boys loved the bunk beds in the hallway. The queen size bed in the bedroom was extremely comfortable. The TV's were great (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) that had all of the apps preloaded and the bedroom even had tons of free movies you could stream. Effective internet service. We felt very safe staying there. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. Great appliances and had all of the utensils and pots/pans that we needed (even to boil crab in - but there were no crab crackers, just so you can prepare if you cook those or lobsters). There are no seasonings (like most places) so you'll want to come prepared or plan to shop lightly if you want to do cooking. Balcony had beach chairs and umbrella outside that we were able to use during our stay. There were no outside chairs, however, but we didn't spend time out on the balcony as there was so much more to do. The a/c was fantastic and we never got hot! There were ceiling fans throughout. Pool was heated. Beach access is the star of the show as it's literally steps across the street and private gate code provided. Wonderful stay!

Restful Weekend

We had a wonderful time staying so close to the beach. The location was only a few steps away from a private beach across the street, and a couple minutes drive from popular restaurants and stores. Dalyce was a great host, and quick to answer any questions we had. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the kitchen equipment we could need for a few days stay!

Amazing

Beautiful condo! Newly updated, and so clean. The white walls and high ceilings really made the space feel warm and comfy! Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds/bedding :) About 10 minute travel time all around for whatever may you need/interest!

Vacation during 4th of July holiday

Good location, walking distance to the beach. The building is old and unfortunately one of the two pools was closed the entire time of our staying not sure why because there were no sign and I couldn't find anybody performing any pool maintenance. The unit is renovated and the kitchen had all we needed. Watch out for the seaweed season at Miramar beach (Gulf) which made us not enjoy the water the entire week we stayed there. They were a lot!

Thanks for your stay Erick. Sorry for the seaweed situation at the beach! I believe there was maintenance on the other pool but glad the main pool and jacuzzi were available!

Beach oasis

This was a great place to stay!! It was true to her listing online which I appreciated the most… I’ve had bad experiences in the past with listings not being the same as the unit! Not at all with this one! It was very clean the only complaint I do have is our towels smelt like cigarettes which was strange for a smoke free place.. Beach house was in a great location had less than a 5 minute walk to the beach which was great, as well having there own beach access was great too! Had a few places to eat that is within walking distance, short drive too anything in Destin. I would definitely stay here again and refer this place too anyone!

Absolutely wonderful

Dalyce was an amazing host! Her property is just as pictured - clean, comfortable, stylish, and stocked with literally everything we could need during our stay. She thought of everything! The place was very quiet, despite two busy pool areas we couldn’t hear a thing once we were in the condo. We had an issue with the door code not working when we first arrived, but Dalyce responded immediately and was able to unlock the door remotely while she reset the code. The wifi went in and out several times on our second day so consider bringing a hot spot if you need to work remotely, but otherwise no complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

My wife and I stayed at Dalyce's condo and we had a great experience. Dalyce was great to work with and the check in and check out process was smooth. The Condo is in a great location right across the street from the beach. The Condo was very clean, decorated nicely and had everything that we needed. The balcony is a little small and doesn't really have a direct view of the beach, but we didn't need it because we were either at the beach or out and about. Great overall experience.

Home Run Property!

This condo was top notch! The recent updates made this a very nice place to stay. Dalyce was extremely prompt in answering any questions we had, was very easy to work with, and did an amazing job hosting us. The unit had everything we needed, and was very well stocked with cooking supplies, cups, plates, and utensils. One of our favorite things about this unit was how close it was to the beach. The building has its own private beach access, and it’s a very short stroll to the sand from the front door of the unit. Probably less than 100 yards. My wife and I don’t get to travel much without the kids, so this place made the perfect getaway. We would most definitely book this unit with Dalyce again, and will be recommending to others.

Refreshing and Relaxing

Our last minute anniversary trip could only have been better if it had been longer! I need three things when I vacation on the Gulf: a private beach, a balcony view, and great seafood. ✔️✔️✔️ The unit has a wonderfully comfortable bed, is freshly remodeled, super clean, and the private beach is just across the street. There are no buildings you have to go by on the other side of the street; it's RIGHT THERE. An umbrella and two chairs are complimentary with the unit! There's a sliver of Gulf view from the balcony, but it will be awesome when the landscape gets trimmed. We ate early dinners at Louisiana Lagniappe, The Back Porch, and Pompano Joe's; all excellent! We loved that this place is off the busiest roads but close to every need and convenience. Dalyce was helpful, kind and quick to respond to messages to take care of us. We are grateful for a wonderful long weekend courtesy of her!
