Welcome to Justus Cottage, a peaceful 2BR/2BA beach retreat in Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort—perfectly located on the beachside of Sandestin. This first-floor cottage is nestled among beautiful water oaks and lush landscaping, offering a quiet, family-friendly escape just steps from the Gulf.

Inside the cottage:
Relax in a bright, open living space designed for comfort and connection. The great room features a new sleeper sofa, loveseat, oversized chair, and 50" Smart TV—perfect for movie nights after a day at the beach. The dining table seats 6, and the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar makes meals and snacks a breeze.

The primary suite offers a king size bed, large walk-in closet, separate sitting area, and a spa-like bathroom with soaking tub, shower, and built-in bench. The second bedroom includes two twin beds with easy access to a full hall bath, and is ideal for kids or additional guests.

Step out onto the private screened porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks while taking in the beautiful lush scenery and enjoying the peaceful sounds of fountains and nature.

We loved this place! The location was easy to find and in an area with lots to offer. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for days we chose to cook. Morning/Evening walks along the beautiful white sand or around the grounds. Tennis and Pickleball courts were available. Time at the pool was a daily event. Restaurants and shopping is close by.

Wonederful stay

Our family had a great time staying here! The cottage was settled nicely in a beautiful location surrounded by plants and welcoming walkways to the beach or pools. They also offer a beach tram to take you to the beach if you would like. The beach was absolutely amazing, with soft white sand and clear emerald waters. It was a very relaxing vacation and we would definitely book here again.

Hi! We’re Lisa and Lauren, a mother-daughter duo from West Georgia and proud Auburn alums who share a love for the beach. The Justus Cottage at Hidden Dunes is such a special place to us, and we’re so glad to share our cottage with you!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We’ve always loved the Sandestin area. It’s been part of our family's story for years! Lisa first started vacationing here back in her Auburn days, and later brought her three kids here growing up in the Atlanta area. The white, sugar-sand beaches have always felt like home to us and we truly never want to leave.

Now living in West Georgia, it’s an easy 5½-hour drive to our happy place.

Hidden Dunes was a community we admired for years before owning here. As a family of tennis players (and now pickleball fans too!), it checked every box for us. We fell in love with the peaceful, secluded feel, the beautiful landscaping, and how close everything is: beach, pool, tennis, pickleball, and more.

It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and activity, and we’re so excited to share it with you!

Our cottage is tucked within 27 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds at Hidden Dunes, a thoughtfully designed resort that blends seamlessly with the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast. The lush greenery, winding paths, and peaceful setting create a unique sense of privacy you won’t find just anywhere.

Getting around is easy with the seasonal open-air tram, offering quick access to the resort’s many amenities—including the stunning white, sugar-sand beaches just steps away.
