Located less than 50 yards from the beach, you'll find a perfect luxury Ocean Village beach condo at an unbeatable price. With resort amenities there is something for everyone to enjoy, 4 pools, a mile of private beach-front access, 9 hole executive golf course, tennis courts, bocce ball, basketball, shuffle board, tiki bar, restaurant and 24 hour gated and manned security.

This 1 bedroom condo is a ground floor unit overlooking the 7th hole and one of the 4 pools, with a 4-5 minute walk to the private beach and ocean. The condo has recently been updated and has all the comforts needed to make you feel at home: new high def smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, WiFi, internet, satellite TV, new sofa, 2 new recliners, new end tables and ottoman, new carpet, king-size pillow-top bed with new sheets and bedding, bath towels, beach towels, walk-in shower, and new LG washer and dryer. Queen size murphy bed in living room sleeps 2. A fully equipped kitchen with a new dishwasher, new stove and new microwave make meal prep convenient. All the comforts of home plus accessories for the beach make this a great place for couples getaways, as well as extended winter vacations (beach chairs, beach towels, sunshade, cooler, sand toys, boogie board, 2 tennis rackets, 2 sets of golf clubs and 1 caddy included).

The home was such an amazingly cute, cozy, and “homey” place. The hosts were absolutely incredible and very communicative through the entire process. If you’re looking for a vacation, staycation I highly recommend staying here. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here!

A must stay property

Our family had a condo here for over 30 years, this trip was one down memory lane. A lot has changed over the years but for the better- the beach is beautiful, the tiki bar is great and the amenities here are unmatched. This place was perfect—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. Check-in was easy, and the host was extremely friendly and responsive. Great location, peaceful yet close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! The location of our unit was amazing! My son enjoyed walking right out of our unit onto the golf course! Being so close to a pool was also a huge win! The unit we stayed in was fully stocked with essentials you need and the owners did a great job at preparing us for the stay and made sure everything was good during our stay as well. The pull down Murphy bed was a BIG plus vs sleeping on a sofa bed!

Relaxing getaway

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and clean. We immediately felt at home and relaxed. The property Ocean Village is beautiful to walk around and lots to do with beach, pool, and golf course within steps of your back door. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Stay

Everything was just as described. Hosts provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Condo was clean, there were tons of activities on-site and nearby, and it was a short walk to a beautiful, non-crowded beach. We would definately stay again.

Getaway

This ground floor condo is in an excellent location on this property. It is on the 7th hole of a well maintained 9 hole golf course. The swimming pool, beach access, as well as several other amenities are a short walk from the well stocked unit. There were plenty of fish to be caught from the beach. My wife and I had a great time and intend to return in the future.

Perfect setting!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Village! The proximity of many resort amenities to the unit is perfect! The hosts were very gracious with a lot of information about the resort itself and the surrounding area. We had a great few days of relaxation, sun, pool and beach!

Treasure Coast Staycation

My wife and I decided to celebrate her birthday and the 4th of July with a short staycation here on the Treasure Coast. After doing some research on Vrbo, we selected this property on Hutchinson Island, which was a golf villa condo within a larger resort property. While we didn't plan on golf being a part of our getaway, the par 3 course was literally right outside our door. More importantly, the pool and the beach were both a short walk from the entrance to the condo. We found the property exactly as advertised and we couldn't have asked for more attentive and gracious hosts. If you're looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in the Fort Pierce/Treasure Coast area, with plenty of activities available, I would highly recommend this property.

Great location to explore Hutchinson Island.

We enjoyed having a convenient place to use to explore the surrounding towns. At the end of the day we took nice walks on the beautiful beach at this complex. Bed was comfy!

Beautiful Property

My husband and I stayed at this property for 10 days at the end of December and into January. We have stayed in Ocean Village before, so we were no stranger to the place. Michael and Elizabeth are terrific hosts. We have never had such great customer service before. They are very responsive and made to sure to check in as soon as we got to the property. They made sure we had everything we needed for the 10 days. Their property is exactly as described. We enjoyed our time at the beach and at the Aruba pool. We would highly recommend staying at this property!

A great Christmas away from home

I can't express how much we enjoyed our short time here. The place is clean, cozy, small yet still spacious. I wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities but the one we used the most was the private beach. The ocean was too rough to swim in during our stay but the walk along the beach and the ocean breeze was more than enough to make up for it. Huge respect for the host leaving some sunscreen for the us, much appreciated, I normally don't wear it (I know its bad!) But this was a healthy reminder to wear some. The host is kind, quick to respond, and extremely accommodating. They will be my first go to if I'm ever in the area again and I hope they'd have us in the future.

Excellent place

Ocean Village condo

Ocean Village is a wonderful neighbor with several pools, a gym, tennis, pickle ball, got, and shuffleboard. The gated community has an on site restaurant and Tiki Bar, both of which are very enjoyable. The unit owners are very nice people and communicate very well and in a timely matter. The condo furniture was comfortable and we had everything we needed to spend a very enjoyable month in Florida. We would stay in this unit again in the future

We love to travel and explore new places, but are always drawn back to the ocean, the sunshine and the beach. The sound of the waves and wind, the feel of the cool ocean breezes, the sun and warm sand, and the smell of the salty air comfort us to our core and are what we love best about vacations. We love to walk on the beach and around the grounds of the village, just taking time to reconnect and enjoy it together. We enjoy the gorgeous sunrises, and the evenings are cool and pleasant to sit on the beach and listen to the waves. Our dream was to have a place of our own to enjoy and share with our family, friends and welcomed guests, and we feel very blessed.

We fell in love with Ocean Village while visiting on vacation and decided to purchase our own condo and make it our home-away-from-home. While we were there, we were impressed by the friendly community, the beautifully manicured grounds, and the safety and security of the property. The ocean is stunningly beautiful and warm, with a quiet and private beach that is a very short walk from the condo. We like the location of our condo because the walk to the ocean is short and easy, and it has a great view of the 7th hole, and a nice heated and cooled pool, grills and picnic tables just steps away. It is also an easy walk to the main pool, gym, clubhouse, restaurant and tiki bar. The weather is beautiful and warm year round, and it's the perfect winter get-a-way spot for those needing some sunshine and active outdoor living during the cold winter months. Our condo is well-equipped and comfortable for extended stays. In the summer, the ocean breezes, perfect ocean water temperatures and cooled pools give plenty of relief from the sun and sand.

Our condo at Ocean Village sits in the middle of the many resort amenities; a 9 hole executive golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard courts, a basketball court, 4 pools, a gym, a full restaurant with ocean views, and a poolside tiki bar. The community is active with many leagues and activities. You wouldn't have to leave the property if you didn't want to, but if you're the adventurous type and like to explore, the surrounding communities of South Hutchinson Island, Fort Pierce, and Vero Beach have their own great beaches and shopping, festivals and activities, bars and restaurants.
