Carlos is an excellent host with a very fast response time to questions and issues. The town home is incredibly well equipped with towels, bedding , kitchen, comfortable chairs and couches, a few games. And really well equipped shed for going to the beach. There are two bicycles in the shed as well. It only lacks some basic condiments such as salt and pepper and we could not find a kettle or garbage bags. The deck and BBQ are fantastic as well. Our only wish was that we had been told about how fantastic the main pool is. We had only been to the pool near the town house until we found the main one (fairly newly opened) which is huge. Has lots of shade. A hot tub. Tiki bar and food. Bocci Ball. Nothing was mentioned in the book or on the description on VRBO. We could not use the beach due to mobility issues of friend so we’re sad that we only found the pool on the last day. Other than that we give this place a 10 and are already hoping to return next year. We were there for six days in October 2025

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time and a wonderful stay. Everyone in our group commented how nice the place was and how comfortable they felt. We would definitely book this again!

Wonderful!

Everything was extremely clean and in wonderful condition. This place has a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with lots of extras, including beach equipment and awesome bikes for getting around. The host is incredibly responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great Time

“After dune Delight” was very comfortable. The owner was easy to deal with and helpful. The condo is a short walk to the beach, which is quite beautiful! I highly recommend this unit.

We loved the property very much. The only issue we had is the guard house said they had no record of us renting. Wanted to know the owners name. I told them the hosts name but they said that wasn’t the owner. After awhile they let us open the door of the condo with the information we got before we arrive. It was stressful when they refused to let us through the gate.

Well-equipped Townhouse

Ocean Village is a nice enclave of condos and townhomes with a beautiful beach with nice access, a par 3 golf course and four pools (a new Clubhouse pool is soon to be built). We stayed in one of the older townhouse units that had been nicely updated yet retained some original charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our site-seeing on the island. Overall, a very relaxing and restful experience.

Perfect place to relax on the beach

My family of five really enjoyed our stay here. It had everything we needed for cooking and the beach. This is just a great place. The neighborhood doesn’t feel touristy at all. This is the place for relaxing on the beach. We would definitely book again.

Great stay

Spent 4 nights with another couple. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, comfortable beds and a cute fenced in patio area. We would stay here again.

Very relaxing getaway

The condo was very nice. It was an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The beds were comfortable except for the sofa bed. There was a discrepancy with the check out time. The posting stated 11 AM but the welcome booklet and the host stated 10 AM. Nessa, the host, was very professional and responded to all of our questions very quickly. She even went to the trouble of retrieving and returning a personal item that we accidentally left in the condo.
