Hudson Valley Group Getaway - 1.5hrs from NYC with Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna!

Enjoy swimming in a heated pool? Great! We have a beautiful inground pool and pool house complete with an outdoor bar and hot tub. The pool is typically open from April to October (please check before booking) but the hot tub and infrared cedar sauna are up and running year round!

Lovely outdoor garden with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. A back patio with a gas grill, pizza oven and patio furniture is ready for all cooks. A second grill is by the pool house if you want to have a grill-off competition. Get cozy under our two heat lamps in the winter. Hike Minnewaska Park nearby or go on a wine tour at the many local wineries like Baldwin which has picnicking and scavenger hunts. Just secluded enough to be perfect for larger gatherings! Please note:
1. The pool is typically open April 1st through November 1st depending on the weather.
2. Swimming is at your own risk
3. Pool heat is included in your stay from Memorial Day through Labor Day. However, before Memorial Day and after Labor Day, pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested before your stay so the pool has time to heat.
4. Our house uses natural well water.
5. Pets are allowed in this home for a fee. Please add any pets to your reservation. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our prior approval there will be a fine of $500 per pet.
6. This home is located in the Shawangunks, so you may encounter local wildlife.
7. Local laws cap the number of adults in our home to 12, but the home can hold as many as 16 people.
