Guests keep coming back here for good reason. This spacious two-bedroom condo is modern and comfortable. Outdoors, enjoy a large balcony with swivel rocker chairs, Bose outdoor speakers, and a Weber grill. Spend time here watching the pelicans, herons, ospreys, and even dolphins while you enjoy breakfast or cocktails. You'll have a view that directly looks down Main Street, and come evening, you can witness beautiful sunsets over the Intercoastal Waterway. The interior boasts a fully-equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances, granite countertops, a wine cooler, and an ice maker. The living room has been newly updated with a 70' TV, Bose surround sound, and a new sofa with a gel padded sleeper. The primary bedroom has a king bed, 50' TV, a jacuzzi tub, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a 32' TV flatscreen TV. This home is conveniently located close to all The Wharf's attractions, wonderful beaches, and The Track and Waterville. The Wharf 912 truly has something for the entire family!

Work Conference

Great location

My wife and I enjoyed this home for our 20 year anniversary. The home is a little dated but was a great spot. We love the Wharf and the music from the marina at night made for a great dinner on the patio. It was equipped with everything we needed for the week. We would definitely return.

Incredibly nice

Super nice. Extremely clean. Beautiful view. Will definitely book again. 3 small items I would recommend to the owners: - Upgrade the TVs. They are outdated -No hair dryer in the unit -Could use extra blankets

Great stay but parking space incorrect

Stay was great! Kids loved the oasis. Room was clean and everything was just as pictured. View was spectacular. Only downfall was the parking space is not in the east garage. Contacted property manager and they were not helpful. They informed us to check with the front desk however they were closed as it was 5pm. We finally located the parking space in the west parking garage so you would turn right and use that parking garage not the left one as it is advertised, So it is advertised incorrectly. Hopefully they update this to make parking easier for future guest. I notified the property manager of this information being incorrect and they reported never hearing of this issue. Thankfully other guest posted parking as an issue in the reviews so I knew it was an ongoing issue.

Not to shabby

So location is great ! Loved the property at the warf with shops and restaurants and entertainment. We couldn’t work the radio stereo (surround sound) system in the condo. The remotes were also missing batteries.There were no blankets on the beds only sheets and a quilt the thickness of the sheets . We quickly called and requested some blankets and they were provided. No blow dryer and the over all atmosphere in the condo was outdated. The parking pass threw me for a loop, considering it was a sheet of paper that I just wrote my name on and dates of stay. It says you have two parking spots but only one spot is marked in the garage. The garages are also not east and west .. they are green something and blue something. There is only outdoor pool and spa or hot tub no indoor pool. The listing should really be updated for less confusion. There was no check in which was nice they just send you the info via text message & that’s a wrap! * I did not communicate with any property manager, but did call Vacasa for help with getting the blankets delivered.

Perfect Family Unit

We loved this unit at the Wharf. Perfect for our group with plenty of room! Loved the ice maker and plenty of seating for meals. Rooms were nicely decorated and everything was well taken care of. Beds were super comfy.

Loved our Stay at Wharf 912

Condo was just as advertised. We came in town for a concert at the Wharf Amphitheater and it was a 5 minute walk to our condo. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, great balcony and view of the marina and lots of places to eat and drink just below. Perfect spot if you are looking for somewhere to stay and see a show

Beautiful condo! Amenities not accurate.

The condo is AMAZING! EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS EXCELLENT. The listing and information about where to park and trolley taking you places is not accurate. No trolley. No parking. The directions for where to park are either wrong, or there is no parking for the unit. We never found it. We followed instructions to top of deck, key code works, but there's no spot for this room. That made unloading and loading the car VERY COMPLICATED since the cart only goes to top deck. We have an infant so it was particularly troublesome for us. Maybe if you had no kids it wouldn't bother you as much. In addition, we wasted a lot of time looking for our parking spot. The trolley service that pics up and takes you to the water does not run during the week. So we had to drive every time. That's annoying with an infant also. Also, there is supposed to be No food and drink in the water park area... Because they want you to purchase at their restaurant... Well that's closed during the week too. It would have been nice to know this up front so we could bring food and drink in. It's a huge hassle to go to and from the water park and condo. Also almost all the shops don't open until 10am. With a child, we are up very early and waiting til 10 is a long time. I'd say this isn't really a family place, more for adults. However there is a kids area at the water park and it's great once you get there. We went during mobile county spring break.

Exceeded expectations.

My husband and I have done a fair amount of traveling, but I would have to say this home was exceptionally clean and welcoming when we arrived. The layout was both convenient and spacious. The oversized patio overlooking a marina provides the perfect place to watch sunsets. The best recommendation I could give is that we booked for next year after the first week.

Nice place, Great location

The condo was nice, enough space for the adults and kids. The only issue I noticed was a clogged sink in the master bathroom that was not usable and the cookware needs to be replaced ASAP. The location of the condo is Awesome, walking to the shops and restaurants was convenient and the light show every night was Wonderful. We're planning to go back next year and will use Vacasa again, great customer service, easy rental.
